Kinfolks supports excellent local musicians and artists in a laid back, cozy, clean atmosphere. It's here that you find locals and the true Manitou community. They go out of their way to celebrate birthdays, embrace the loss of friends and raise money for those in need. Thanks to Jenny and Rory and their awesome bar tenders who always make you feel welcome. if you miss this bar on your trip, you've missed my favorite spot in town!

Kinfolks is a lively spot that transforms into a party atmosphere, especially during events like Mardi Gras parades. The layout is well-designed with a bar and stage, creating a great space for enjoying the vibe. The bartenders are efficient, even during busy times, and one, believed to be Keith from Brooklyn, is known for being a good dude and genuinely happy to serve. The atmosphere is relaxed, with a friendly and welcoming owner/bartender. It’s a great place to meet new people, enjoy simple drinks, and listen to local musicians. The establishment is affectionately called Manitou’s living room for local music, with a vibe that is always good. Visitors can also enjoy live music, local art, and cold adult beverages. Outside, there’s a babbling brook where guests can stick their heads out of the windows and look down. Kinfolks is a Manitou Springs institution worth checking out, especially for those who love a supportive community environment.
