Sssoooo many amazing-looking cookies it was hard to choose! We appreciated both that they had gluten-free options AND were open until 9:00 PM, since it seems many gluten-free bakeries close around 5:00. Parking was annoying (25¢ per minute, really? And ONLY coins???) but that isn't their fault. Our kids would consider themselves Cookie officionatos. Mary's would rank #2 on our list of favorite cookies in the Springs. Quick grab and go cookies and more affordable than Crumble.

I love these cookies. I find myself thinking about these cookies often. I take them home and warm it up a little. These are the best cookies in town, they make Crumble look like trash.
