Cookies were really good. Plenty of options. I went on a weekday evening, and service is dependent on the customers ahead of you choosing their cookies/ice cream. Seems they have a two person system one helps with cookies and the other is at the ice cream/cashier space. Workers are really nice and patient, but the person system during the week can be a little inconvenient if there’s a rush. It’s a space to grab and go, and price is comparable to other bakeries with cookies. Fairly priced for the size.Parking: Parking is tricky depending on day and time. Paid street parking nearby but also can be a few blocks away.

Sssoooo many amazing-looking cookies it was hard to choose! We appreciated both that they had gluten-free options AND were open until 9:00 PM, since it seems many gluten-free bakeries close around 5:00. Parking was annoying (25¢ per minute, really? And ONLY coins???) but that isn't their fault. The service left a lot to be desired. No greeting and almost no communication. When I asked about a certain cookie I got back 'they're good'. Brought it home with three others to find the one I asked about to be very rich. The cookie wasn't bad but the interaction with the clerk was very off putting. The quality of the cookies were good. If the clerk is also the cook maybe they should stay in the back and not interfere with customers.

I have never seen this place before and had happened to park just outside on Christmas Eve when my son said we should stop in there after dinner and lights! We love a good cookie so that was the plan! Service was great! The young guy was just really pleasant and ready to answer any questions. We ended up settling on the "Grinch" Cookie and the Avalanche Cookie (2 snickerdoodle cookies with frosting in the middle). We wanted to try several more but wanted to taste test first! We were not disappointed!! These cookies are so good!! We will definitely be back without hesitation!! I also just realized they have 2 more locations here in town!! Buy cookies from this place...you won't regret it! I wish I had taken pictures!! The cookies are huge!!
