“The customer service was outstanding!! The store was super busy but they let everyone know individually that their orders would be up very soon... One particular employee did an amazing job with a huge smile, eye contact, and customer service that exceeded expectations!! She did not have a name tag on all I can tell you that she had freckles.. Give her a raise“

“Sydney deserves a bonus, a raise or some sort of public recognition for her amazing level of customer service. I ordered a four pack of cookies for a birthday social delivery since I live a long way from my friend, and during the first delivery, the DoorDash driver delivered them to the wrong address and would not fix the issue despite me chatting with them and providing correct info. So i called the store and Sydney was immediately helpful and repackaged a new order and sent it with one of her own workers to make sure my friends birthday present made it to the right place. She was kind and had great attention to detail and was very empathetic. I wish i had a way to remove the big tip i gave to the door dash driver due to the cold weather and give it to her and Cailyn, the employee who actually delivered the cookies and got it right with no issues! Thank you both!!“

I’m a odd duck and don’t like the icing on my cookies and cream cookies and the night shift employee on 05/09/26 remembers that every time I order the while she’s there 😭 so sorry I didn’t catch her name but hopefully the date sums up who she is“

“sometimes the cookies are not frosted like they should be like not neatly but sometimes they are which is nice, the coworkers are really friendly all of them mostly, The place is clean every now and then which is appealing overall i would say this place is nice“

“I’m from Baltimore where sno-balls reign supreme. These are exactly like back home. My favorite is chocolate with marshmallow and the taste sends me back to my childhood. The owners are great!!!“

“The staff is so sweet I could cry! They went out of their way to make my birthday incredibly special! I wish I could say this is a unique experience but everytime I come in the ladies are always so pleasant, patient, and unbelievably kind! Every single staff member I have encountered goes above and beyond to make sure each guest leaves happy! And of course the cookies are amazing! I especially recommend the cookies and cream and the snickerdoodles“
