The staff is so sweet I could cry! They went out of their way to make my birthday incredibly special! I wish I could say this is a unique experience but everytime I come in the ladies are always so pleasant, patient, and unbelievably kind! Every single staff member I have encountered goes above and beyond to make sure each guest leaves happy! And of course the cookies are amazing! I especially recommend the cookies and cream and the snickerdoodles
Not the biggest fan of crumbl, but had a delivery order to pick up and ordered a few cookies. The woman working tonight was very nice and gave us a mini cookie to try for free. I wish I caught her name. Thanks again :)
