Buy the yearly coffee membership deal. It's the best. I don't think I've ever been to a Panera that disappointed. Especially when the cups are readily available for self service when you have a coffee membership. Anyhow love the place. Lots of good choices.
For years my go-to has been the Fuji Apple Salad with Chicken. But the last two times, there has been no chicken at all on the salad. I used the Rapid Pick-up (today was the N. Nevada Ave. location, last time was N. Academy) so I didn't notice until I got home. I understand there may be supply issues to blame, but if you're out of chicken, just say so. If I ever order from Panera again, it won't be for pick-up.
