So good! The light, crispy chips and smokey salsa we're fantastic! The meal was delicious! I hope to visit again when I'm in town next time!
Food is ok, but I’m from New Mexico where the Mexican food is soooooo much better! Please learn how to make real red chili out of the Hatch green that turns red and dried! This cumin tasting stuff is so gross! Green chili everywhere in Colorado taste like flour with tomato’s onion and green chili in it🤮! How about a sopapilla, Never in colorado! NM red chili would kill it here!
The tamales were very small!! But the girl hostess and server were amazing!!

Hacienda Colorado offers a nice ambiance with fantastic views and friendly staff. The food is decent, more suitable for those who prefer mildly seasoned dishes. Customers can enjoy unlimited fresh chips and amazing salsa, while the enchiladas are always a hit. The Charro Beans are a must-try, according to a satisfied visitor. The fajitas are fantastic and great for sharing. Excellent coffee, especially for a restaurant. The space is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the service was great. Bacon wrapped shrimp, queso, and chicken quesadillas were favorites. Overall, a recommended spot for a pleasant dining experience.
