Staff is very friendly, they always make the food as you order it and don't give any issues on changes. This team should be training the other BK's around town how to serve and treat their customers. Well done folks.
Amazing customer service! I am a chief customer success officer for an IT company so customer service is always on my mind. Today I was greeted with a cheerful disposition, big smile and customer first attitude! The food was hot,the meal was made to my request. The whole interaction beginning to end was positively amazing! Big shout out to Gwenny! Hope management rewards her!
The staff at this location are all just fantastic! We always have the most polite and friendly experience with them all. The food is always super good. Their whoppers and fries are the best in town.
