The Rock House in Palmer Lake is by far the best place for treats! The ice cream is creamy, delicious, reasonably priced and has generous portions. I have not been a big fan of ridge until I had theirs. The S'Mores, Turtle, Rocky Road, Tiger Butter are my favorites. They have become my go-to ice cream cake makers. There must have been 4 people closing tonight, Saturday 19, 2026. Me and my girl came in while they were shutting the shop down, but they let us in and helped us to a quick treat. We decided to eat the ice cream in my truck. All the employees left then I got another treat in my front seat. Thank you. Will likely come by again sooner or later. Cheers
Rock House is amazing. They have a large variety of candy, like fudge, chocolates, fun packaged trinket-type candies, and their always popular ice cream. It's a local staple. They also have Palmer Lake souvenirs and just lots of little interesting items perfect for gifting. They're super friendly, and fast and helpful, too. There's a little bit of seating, both indoors and out. If you visit Palmer Lake, you really should stop by Rock House!
