“I was here to get an ice cream and the ice cream was very good. A little on the pricey side but the service was good and everything was good overall. However the very strong smell of barbecue was a bit off putting when you're trying to eat ice cream. I would expect the smell waffle cones and things like that but not straight up barbecue.“

“Very disappointing. The sweet butter was burnt and dried. (See photo) No sweetness at all. Maybe forgot to put sugar or it was burnt. Cheesy cheddar and triple white cheddar mix were missing cheese flavor due to lack of cheese power in it. Both bags were filled with a full of crumbs as shown in the photos. Hard to believe they serve crappy popcorns in the middle of Saturday afternoon! Even worse, I found a few of caramel popcorns form other brands in the bag! What kind of owner is this? Doc popcorn franchise really have to get on this!This is an update review two month later. We stopped by to grab a bag of popcorn again. We explained what happened last time and bad experience. The staff or the owner apologized for the bad experience and offered a discount instantly. Great gesture of customer care! We bought two bags for sweet butter w/jalapeno and cheesy cheddar. They both tasted great and well made! ? changed the stars after that!“

“My husband and I love the ice cream here, however, we won’t be back. We just got two small scoops of ice cream and it cost us almost $13. I don’t understand how it can be that expensive. I hope they lower their prices so they can stay in business. It’s a really cute shop.“

“After having a not so great experience at a different Cold Stone location (Northfield), it reminded me I should also be leaving a good review for a good experience we had at this location. We went here a couple of weeks ago in the evening and the two young men working there were very helpful, and welcoming. The location looked clean as well. It’s a little out of our way, but good to know we will have a good experience here when we’re in the area!“

“I got lost in area I went to different 7 11s and still could not get proper directions to my hotel. I decided to hit the in and out get something to eat. I asked kid a register for directions. He said! “hold on”. Took care of the customer behind me, came out, and sat on the bench to give me detailed instructions to get to my hold. I want to recognize this guy as going above and beyond! ?“

“There are several machines and flavors to choose from, and you are free to mix and match flavors. At the end, there are a large amount of flavors, toppings and add ins that you can add. The final price is based on weight, which is good and bad. The cost is more than expected, but the quality of the treat was worth it.“

“We found this gem recently and we are glad we did!! They have all kinds of flavor. Mine was Nutella one. Hehehehhe. The staff was really helpful as well. They have gelato cakes beautifully made. I haven’t tried them but I bet they taste delicious!! ? definitely recommend this place to anyone“

“Strawberry single for me tonight and I’ve already eaten some - yep it really and truly tastes as good as it looks, if not better!I love this store because the owner is always extremely friendly, it’s clean and has a varying selection of ice cream. If you don’t have time, you can take home a pint. I’ve sat here several times with my kid over recent years, and played games while we ate.All that said, the prices are very reasonable which is why there is a steady stream of customers entering during open hours. An affordable treat for everyone. I always think of it as Littleton’s hub ?It feels great to receive great service on top of such yumminess.
