Chef Ingrid's gluten-free vegetable egg rolls start with light, moist and crisp wraps to hold a succulent glass noodle, cabbage and carrot filling. Her rice soup with chicken, crispy fried garlic, fresh cilantro and scallions is five star along with her deliciously marinated chicken satay that is so tender it melts in your mouth. The clarity of the gluten-free menu is appreciated. Thank you Ingrid, for your authentic, yummy and local Thai delicacies.
I wish we had found Zesty Thai sooner! It is the best Thai food we’ve had in Colorado, and the owners and staff are so hospitable!
My husband and I went after a date night a couple weeks ago and have been talking about it ever since! Great quality ingredients, and some excellent options if you have dietary restrictions. They also have excellent service. We accidentally showed up 15 minutes before closing and they didn't seem to mind or rush us. We plan to be back often!
