I love Dutch but today was let down. Got my drink wrong with size didn't even offer to fix just said oh I checked with you several times with you. When I don't remember even being asked about my size. I would have paid the difference but no offer at all to fix the size issue. Normally they would be right on that. Just not today. I went today mainly to try one of the new soft tops. I go about 2 to 3 times a week. Haven't had this issue before. I just was let down today.
Always a GREAT decision to stop in. Great company, GREAT People, great coffee (and Tea and smoothies, if thats more your jam!!)
I spend alot of money here and Jake treats me and my whole family the best!!! Don't lose him.... he the best employee!!!! He's the reason we only go to this location!
