Outside of the Penrose, this was my favorite restaurant on The Broadmoor property. The chef is Peruvian, and there is a Peruvian flare to many of the dishes. I had the duck chili relleno. It was stunningly good.
The service here was, as you would expect from The Broadmoor, was second to none. Drew was our waiter, offering us good suggesting on the menu and on the wine list.
Make sure you try Summit, you won’t be disappointed.

We are lucky enough to be picky about restaurants and have eaten at Michelin star restaurants all over the world. Recently we had one of the most wonderful meals of our lives at Summit. Chef Rocio Neyra Palmer's food is an absolute revelation (we were shocked she doesn't have a Michelin star attached to her name!)
