“La Baguette in downtown Colorado Springs has become one of my go-to spots for lunch. I’ve always had a pleasant visit — the cashiers are always welcoming and friendly, which makes the place feel even more inviting. Their tuna plate salad always delivers, and the desserts are hard to pass up. The tiramisu and cheesecakes are amazing. Definitely a place I keep coming back to. 🤌🏼“

“Outside of the Penrose, this was my favorite restaurant on The Broadmoor property. The chef is Peruvian, and there is a Peruvian flare to many of the dishes. I had the duck chili relleno. It was stunningly good.
The service here was, as you would expect from The Broadmoor, was second to none. Drew was our waiter, offering us good suggesting on the menu and on the wine list.
Make sure you try Summit, you won’t be disappointed.“
