“This place is absolutely amazing! I ordered the Steak Frites and chef cooked the steak to perfection. So good!“

“The food was amazing. Wine list was great. Very small, intimate setting for maybe 20 guests. The chef does everything, from greeting you when you walk in, taking your order, cooking your food, delivering your food and drinks and clearing the table. Only downside is after 12 years he is closing to pursue another opportunity at a different kitchen.“

“We chose Restaurant Week to visit this restaurant. It was lovely. Food was fresh and excellently prepared. The staff was welcoming and our server was friendly. The restaurant is not in our neighborhood but we may go back. The food and service was certainly worthy of a return visit.“

“My wife and I went to Corsica for our anniversary dinner. After having a bad experience elsewhere in Denver we were looking for a little redemption night. I called and spoke with a manager named Lindsey who was empathetic to our other experience and assured me we would be taken care of. They more than delivered on that promise. Corsica has extremely friendly and attentive staff without being over bearing. Everyone had wonderful, personal recommendations for food and drink and created a warm environment for our night. We will 1000% be coming back and recommend Corsica for any and all occasions!“

“We took my 91-year-old mother to La Merise for her first dinner out in a long time. She devoured the lamb chops and crème brûlée! The noise level was great for first hour or so, but then did start to spike up a little. But it was perfect initially for our situation.“

“What a phenomenal experience my husband and I had tonight! First off I should say we have never experienced a dining experience like this before and we were not sure what to expect, but we were blown away from start to finish! As we first walked into the restaurant we were greeted with a huge smile and warm welcoming from the host Lana, who kindly sat us at our table. Immediately as we were sat we were greeted by Adam the bartender with a glass of champagne! I mentioned I was pregnant and couldn’t not drink and he immediately apologized and offered me a sparkling nonalcoholic champagne. My husband also ordered a cocktail and Adam was very thoughtful and made me a mocktail (actually 2 different ones) both were absolutely delicious. After we were settled in that’s where the fun began. The Head chef Michael came to the table and introduced himself and explained the menu along with asking us if we had any dietary restrictions, or didn’t like anything specifically. We ended up going with the Chefs tasting menu to get the full experience. Each course was brought out by the Head chef or a staff member and was explained to us in detail of how he came about the dish itself along with how it was made and the ingredients. From the mini plates to the main course to the mini dessert to the main dessert everything was made with passion and love for food! My husband and myself are both very blown away from this whole experience and very grateful for the way the staff and the entire team worked together to make this an unforgettable experience that will never be forgotten!“

“4th time and unlike fine wine, age does not seem to be improving this place, which is a shame as I really like the concept. Plates seemed tired/overcooked (risotto for example). My bass was fine, but not a standout but the mussels were on, but you expect that. Good fries! Service was good.“

“Nice experience but nothing over the top. I had the veal and it was good but again nothing special. Our server was rather inattentive but when he was there he was great. Slower pace of food made a long wait between courses. Beautiful space, though.“
