Service is solid and atmosphere is spacious and not over crowded. Cocktails were great. Food is in-line with current ratings — not a local phenomenon but lots of potential. At times, the dishes were over-simplified or diverged from traditions for the sake of uniqueness.That said, it is a delicious experience for Denver and I look forward to seeing how it evolves over time.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free
I visited Chez Maggy for my birthday the other evening. I originally planned to go somewhere else, but after everyone in my party had to cancel, I decided to go somewhere more intimate. I had a lovely server, Kayla, who made my evening absolutely perfect. I forgot how sad I was dining alone by the end of my meal as she was great company and so sweet! The escargot was incredible.
