We tried the classics; savory crepes, bœuf bourguignon, crepes Suzette and they were all great. I recommend changing the silverware between the courses. This restaurant should have a more upscale service.
Le French surprised me. I did not expect such a wonderful experience. The cocktails and food were terrific, the decor and ambiance were striking, and the service was excellent. This restaurant is a gem.

This new branch of the beloved DTC restaurant executes exceptionally well on classic French dishes like Salad Nicoise and Moules Frites with a nice wine list to match. Ambiance is more upscale and evening oriented than DTC. With protein entrees in high 30s and 40s, be prepared to spend some money. Maybe not the I-don't-feel-like-cooking tonight spot we in the neighborhood hoped for.
