Yummy Food, easy in and out but with excellent Customers Service.
The Bar service was great and display of the app start for nacho was just the right amount.
We've been here several times and always had a great meal, but the food on this occasion was even better than usual. The ceviche appetizer was really great, as were the el pastor and fish tacos. The mezcalitas were delicious. Our one issue with Blanco Cocina that keeps us from eating there more often is the high noise level inside the restaurant (we only go when the weather is conducive to sitting on the outdoor patio).
The food was delicious and the service was outstanding! Our server went out of her way to get a good meal to some of us with diet requirements,and was just overall fun, pleasant and did a great job. I can't remember her name, but she served us on July16 at 7:30.

Blanco Cocina + Cantina offers a mix of experiences in a fresh and contemporary setting, located in a newer area of Denver. The restaurant features large windows that allow plenty of light, with modern decor that includes woven wood chandeliers and basket shaded pendants. While the margaritas and salsa are highlights, vegans might find limited options due to non-vegan ingredients. The service and food quality are praised, with portions considered worth the price. Guests often enjoy the warm atmosphere and may be drawn to the chic dining experience, though some find the happy hour prices a bit high.
The restaurant has embraced the Holiday Popup Bar concept, with the enclosed patio decorated super cute with lots of unique features and surrounded by lights on all of the windows. The drinks are yummy, and the service is outstanding. The menu is good but not extensive, with a lack of combination platters, though the a la carte choices are varied, well-plated, and good value-for-money. The flavors are terrific, and the servers are friendly and attentive, refilling the chips and salsa before the first serving is finished. However, some guests have experienced being rushed through their meal, with the waitress dropping the bill to the table before they had finished eating or ordered another drink, which has led them to seek out another place to dine.
