“We went as a family and I can’t recommend Colima enough! Delicious, authentic food, kind, efficient service, and great margaritas and Palomas! They were set up so that my kids were welcome and I didn’t feel self conscious that they were interrupting other guests. We will be back without the kids to sit at the bar. I am coming back for a marg and queso!“

“On our way home from Denver to the Springs, we stopped for a bite to eat and by chance I found this little spot. It was AMAZING. Everything we had was perfection. 🤌🏼 From the margaritas, entrees and even the dessert and not to mention our WONDERFUL waitress Georgina. Haven’t left a restaurant this satisfied in a LONG time. Definitley recommend if you’re in the area. 👌🏼“

“Excellent grocery store and taqueria with spectacular customer service. I’m not a Spanish speaker, however the staff was able to help me bulk order Al Pastor and cook and dice it for an event. It was so yummy. Support local and minority owned businesses. They have the best vibes.“

“Visiting the area from east coast for Father’s Day. My son referred me here and it was awesome! We sat at the bar and got to watch all the meals be prepared for the whole restaurant, and all the cocktails. The bar staff (Ryan, Jorge, Park, and the beautiful lady with mermaid hair), were all so wonderful to enjoy while we there. Entertaining, wonderful food, and expert cocktails. Bathrooms were clean, well appointed, and the entire decor was welcoming.“
