La Taverne Reviews
Good food, good atmosphere excellent service great staff.
The food was amazing. The service was awesome and very kind. The atmosphere is very nice especially in the garden area. If you're looking for a lavish meal I would recommend coming here. Expect to spend at least $75 on your meals. Cocktails were$30 but they come with two drinks. I do recommend the wagyu and frites meal. Also take any special that they offer!
Sit in the garden room!!

La Taverne offers a menu with options like halibut, dry aged New York strip, ribeye, and prime rib. The food is scrumptious, with the halibut noted for its flavor, while the steak is mentioned as the best dish. Recent reviews highlight the amazing French onion soup, rich and flavorful, topped with a cheesy crust, and the Alaska snow crab claws, which are chilled and fresh. The service remains outstanding, with friendly and professional staff treating customers well. The sourdough bread with salted butter is a great start to the meal, and many diners have praised the prime rib for being cooked perfectly. The atmosphere is casual, with diners sometimes in t-shirts and shorts, despite a perception of fine dining. La Taverne is praised for its delicious food, good wine, and stunning mountain views, making it a worthwhile dining experience. The patio offers a beautiful and relaxing setting, perfect for enjoying a sunny afternoon. However, there have been mixed experiences, with one reviewer finding the Rosemary Ham & Brie sandwich not to their taste. Valet parking is available, but there is no parking validation for garage parking. Overall, La Taverne continues to be a popular spot for both locals and visitors.
