“I used to really love a certain other franchise pizza chain but a neighbor had a delivery from here a couple of weeks back and my kids were trying to wave at the delivery driver and talk to him, telling us how they wanted pizza, he said he could be back here in 20 minutes and yelled out the phone number to us, and I just figured I would give it a try. He was sweet and I wish I knew his name to tell management because his friendliness was the reason I ordered here instead of my usual pizza place. I’m so glad he did that because we ordered and we were so impressed with our food, we have had it three times this month. My husband loves wings but we have had a hard time finding them cooked all the way, or actually enjoying the sauces, but he’s tried two wing flavors from here and his only complaint is that he can’t choose a larger size of wings because they’re so good. All of our delivery drivers have been really nice, and pretty fast. I thought about writing about our experience because we got our order yesterday and I was eating the leftover garlic knots while my kids weren’t looking and thought you guys deserved the credit. We will be back, maybe before the end of the month! ?“
“Very friendly when I picked up my food, but forgot the 5 sauces I ordered (yes, I do know I should've double checked) and I ordered the garlic stuffed crust and got only the cheese. Either way, nice place and great staff but double check your sauces and don't assume they're in the box.“
“Man I was having a rough day. My car broke down and I made a mistake entering my address. Just wasn’t thinking. I noticed that my order was delivered, but not to my address. I called and spoke to the manager. I explained that I made a mistake. They could have ignored me, but instead they were kind and understanding. They re-delivered my order. This was the first time ordering for Papa John’s. I just appreciate that they gave me a break. Thank you!“
“We ordered delivery tonight & just wanted to shout out this store for how amazingly they deal with situations. Our delivery was ordered through the Papa Johns app, but, like many places are these days, they were short on drivers & had to get a Grubhub driver to bring the order to us. The 1st driver attempt I think they got lost & couldn't find our address (granted, it's a bit difficult with GPS). The app said our food was delivered, but we were outside & there was no delicious pizza in sight. We waited a few minutes before calling the store, where I believe someone named Jordan spoke with me. They were super upbeat & sweet during the whole process & made sure we were taken care of for dinner tonight. Situations like this can be frustrating for all sides, but they went above and beyond being so kind & keeping me updated once they knew what the new game plan was. Our food was warm & delicious. Especially those Twix desserts they have right now. As kind as they were during all this, I 100% recommend them. One of the tastiest Papa John's locations we've eaten at in a long time, too! “The 3010 N Powers Blvd location ROCKS! Pizzas and knots were HOT. Order was ready when I got there. And best of all.... the entire order was CORRECT! Very nice customer service.Its a 16-minute drive, but worth it.Why can't the other Papa Johns locations (Hartsel) be this GOOD.We will be back.“
