I was very excited to see another healthy food establishment in Colorado Springs. My first experience wasn't ideal. I informed Crisp and Green and they responded with understanding and solutions. The customer service turned a bad review to 5 stars. I can't wait to try what else they offer! Thank you!
Amazing salads, very fresh ingredients, the customer service is the best. Any of their salads can be made vegan and all of their salad dressings except for the Caesar are vegan. I ordered the Thai salad and substituted tofu for the shrimp and it was so tasty! I'll be back. Just a tip it does get pretty busy during lunchtime. If you want to guarantee a seat, go a little before noon or a little after one.

Fantastic experience from end to end, with large thanks to the extra friendly & helpful staff, delightfully fresh ingredients and a nice ambiance. We tried the salads (the C’est La Viche seasonal was the best), the agua fresca, and a smoothie - and all of it was exceptional. So glad to have found something like this in the Springs, and will definitely be a happy return customer!
