Ordered a salad to go via DDsh for pickup - added a few extras making this a $25 salad. Employee forgot all 4 extras. Handed me the salad and I pointed out he forgot all the addons- He said "its been a rough day" and took the reciept and put the addons in a separate bowl (per. my request) and threw the reciept in the trash...and still forgot the avocado. Your "rough" day should not be mine. Recommend eating in so you can provide oversight.

THE GEEKY PANDA!

I had no idea about this place till I was driving by it one day, and decided I’m gonna get a salad. I walked in and was greeted by the AGM he was really friendly. I couldn’t decide on what to get so he recommended me his favorite salad. I was a little iffy on it at first and I thought to myself “is this really worth the 17 dollars?” However as soon as I tried it I can whole heartily say that yes!!! It was worth it. The salad was soo yummy it changed my life!! No longer will I be a loser eating raising canes every other night.Definitely coming back here! And the chocolate chip cookies were SO GOOD!! Thanks crisp and green!!!!

Wonderful food, especially for health conscious people. Friendly and helpful staff. The place is always clean. Lots of available parking. Great selection of healthy food. This place is not for you if you are addicted to junk food. But if you are interested in REAL food, give it a try!

One of the biggest rip off ive experienced in colorado springs. 17 dollars for a salad. A salsd consist if a half cup of bland rice, 20 lettuce leafs, 3 pieces of fishy tasting cauliflower, 1 eigth of a chicken breast, and a thimble of mystery dressing. Shame on you all around.

The thing I don’t care for if you build your own salad they let you choose four items. The issue is cheese isn’t allowed hardly anything is allowed without an up charge. You find out at the register that items were extra. This seems shady to me. I addition , they don’t post what is extra not a good way to keep customers.I prefer Mad Greens they let you choose any four items without extra charges no hidden fees. The male manager is awesome and we really appreciate him and how hard he works.Thank you

Ive.ordered online twice. Both times the quality and portion were less than when you go in and order. The quality of food has been poor whether going in or having delivered. Chicken is hard and the vegetables look like they’ve been there long periods of time. Avocados are dark and staff serves them that way. We discovered crisp & green in ft collins and the Colorado Springs location just doesn’t compare. When speaking with the manager about my concerns he showed zero concern.

The rice was so dry I wondered if it was undercooked. The chicken was also dry and stale. This was my first time here and what a disappointment. Please don’t waste your money here. You’re more likely to make a way better salad at home. This feels like the knock off version of Sweet Greens.

I don't want to sound like a complainer or rude. I do however want to bring to the attention of guests and the manager/ owner. The atmosphere was wonderfully decorated with fun music and comfortable seating, the service was great with super kind employees and helpful to me and my boyfriend. The food could have been fresher since I've had it before and it's been better. This day it was dry, dry Lettuce and kale, and super dry chicken. What I have a huge issue with is how dirty the whole place was. Behind the counters were they prep was nasty and not wiped down. The food in the prep containers had some veggies that were bad. Some containers were completely empty and they were scraping the bottoms for whatever was left. The counter by the register had left over food and crumbs. The floor hadn't been swept all day and it's was about 2. The tables needed to be wiped as well. The trash cans were full and the buckets for the dishes were full to. The drinks were empty and the ones they did have were watery. (They are premade teas) the bathrooms had toilet paper everywhere. The toilets were gross. I'm not to sure what was going on that day but it was dirty. It was a disappointment and made me not want to come back. I was hoping it was going to stay nice like it was when it opened. Maybe it was busy but when we were there they had two other guests.I'm always willing to try again but I hope the employees know how to get stuff done and keep an environment clean.
