“I was out working hard on a Saturday and needed a pick-me-up, so stopped at this drive through. I was a little light on funds that week, so had to settle for a coffee and croissant at Starbucks instead of stopping for a sit down meal at Chipotle or Panda Express. I was pleasantly surprised when the young lady at the drive through gave me a free specialty drink in addition to my order, which tasted especially delicious that day, as free food often does. ( I guess someone didn't pickup the drink they ordered, and they were just going to throw it out anyway ). But little things like this makes such a difference to people who are just trying to get by, and I appreciated this so much I felt good about tipping a little extra for her kindness. I don't know what they pay their employees, but since Starbucks is a massive corporate entity, I think they could afford to give locations like this one a salary increase.“

“This Starbucks location is always so friendly and personable. I really like how even when I order through the mobile app (99% of the time) and I rush in and out of there, the employees always always acknowledge customers with at least a greeting and/or a ‘thank you’. I sometimes go just a little further to order from here rather than my neighborhood location. Great job Starbucks at Shops at Briargate!👏🏼 Thanks for excellent, personable service!“

“I don't go to many starbuckers, but this one is my favorite in years. Clean, super clean restrooms, and the kindest nicest counter person I've met since humans were created and coffee was invented. It's off to the side of a large mall/grocery store area, so plenty of easy parking even during busy times.“

“I miss living in Colorado Springs, currently in Denver, but By far, one of the best Starbucks in Colorado Springs—besides the one at Marksheffel and Constitution—this Starbucks on Interquest I am so impressed . The team here is incredibly polite, professional, and courteous. They truly listen and go above and beyond to make every experience a great one.

This location is managed by Amber and assistant manager the best. This starbucksgenuinely cares about customers and makes sure orders are accurate while ensuring her team is properly trained and supported.

There’s also a standout employee named Emma who consistently goes beyond expectations. Her smile, attention to detail, and excellent listening skills make a huge difference. She always makes sure my drink is exactly how I want it (especially making sure there’s no coffee in it), and she never makes you feel like you’re a bother. She’s truly amazing.

The entire team, including the assistant manager, does an incredible job. Other Starbucks locations should use this store as an example of what great customer service looks like. After a long day at work, this is the kind of place where you can relax and genuinely enjoy the atmosphere.

“I ran through the drive-thru this morning at 9:45 to grab a quick coffee and the girl who was working the window was so kind and had great energy; it set my day off on the right foot. She was wearing a nametag, but I didn't get her name. I drink at Starbucks a little less these days, but I'll be coming back to this location because of how delightful the staff was.“

“This was by far the best Starbucks I’ve been to in a while. I asked if they could remake my drink iced and said I felt like a pain— they kindly remade it and even wrote “you’re not a pain” on my cup. Such a small gesture, but it made me smile and definitely makes this location stand out. Amazing customer service— I will definitely be back!!“

“We were riding with our daughter and she wanted coffee and had been to this store before. We did the drive thru and I thought it was great, not a real fan of drive thru's, There was a number of cars in line and I figured we would be there awhile but no, this crew gets things done quickly. The woman who took our order was very pleasant on the intercom and the man in the window doesn't know a stranger, he was very friendly. The cheese danish was super. We were in and out in short order, very impressed!“

“I have recently moved to Colorado. And I am surprised to see that this Starbucks has received so many negative reviews. If you want to see unfriendly, stuck up snowflake baristas, I suggest you go to California. The crew that I observed at this location ALL we're hardworking and ALL we're friendly and customer focused.Coming from an era where you could go to a tabletop counter and order a nickel cup of coffee to seeing a cup of coffee be over $5 I think people need to get a perspective on what exactly the services that they are looking for.“

“I ordered the eggnog latte with an extra shot of espresso and I could not really taste the eggnog flavor, so that was disappointing. The food that I ordered for my kids and myself was good (a sausage, egg, and cheddar breakfast sandwich, coffee cake, and butter croissant).“

“I always have a wonderful experience at Starbucks! From the moment I walk through the door, I'm greeted with a warm welcome that makes me feel valued. The cashiers are consistently friendly, patient, and extremely polite when taking my order.

“We frequent this location quite often as it is conveniently located inside the King Soopers we shop at. The entire team is fantastic, but Ellie is especially amazing! “I love this Safeway because the workers are the nicest, but some of the Starbucks employees are kind of rude and snippy. One time I asked for an iced venti matcha and I could see the iced venti cups through the glass and the worker told me the couldn't do that size iced, mind you i buy this every time i go there, so I got a hot coffee but also there is this one girl who is super sweet and works two jobs there and she is always the nicest to order from.

“I live nearby and come to this Starbucks all the time. It's easily my favorite location! My coffee is always made perfectly, and the team is so friendly & extremely fast.

“I frequent many Starbucks locations,. Recently I spent several hours in this location and observed outstanding service repeatedly. Not only were customers greeted warmly, but in many cases their orders were delivered to their tables! This is rare at Starbucks! It is always a pleasure to come to this one!“

“Pretty standard Starbucks cafe — coffee and espresso drinks are consistent with what you'd get at any other cafe. They make a great caramel macchiato. Their mobile app makes ordering and paying super easy. Staff friendly and helpful.“

“Everything we go the bathroom has honestly been slightly gross. Kinda makes going to enjoy a friend not so enjoyable knowing its had pee and a gross floor each time. Please know we love going and having a nice drink but its not the normal Starbucks atmosphere like we are used to. I say this with all kindness.“

“After shopping in Target, I became parched and decided to get a drink at the Starbucks inside Target. There was a line due to only having 2 people working, so one is taking orders, and one is making drinks. The convenience is the reason I stopped.My favorite drink is the mango dragon fruit refresher, so sweet and hydrating. I get it made with water, not lemonade, because I like tasting the mango. There is some caffeine in the drink, so it also perks me up, but definitely not as much as their coffee drinks. The dragon fruit has no flavor, but I like the crunchy texture because it's freeze dried, and it is what makes the drink pink.Because it's inside Target, the seating area is small, and it's loud, so I wouldn't recommend working here, but if you need a pick me up before or after shopping, it's the perfect stop.“

“This location did a great job and did it with a smile. I stopped with a school bus loaded with 28 high school students and 2 sponsors and the crew handled it very well and kept the drive thru going also. I thought we got in and out in very good time. Not one of my students complained about the drinks or service. This happened around 9 am and the store was quite busy already. The store is bright, neat and clean, there was room for people to sit and talk and sip their coffee without feeling crowded. The restrooms were very clean. My thanks to the crew for a great job!“
