“I ordered a coffee drink with a pump of pumpkin spice. Glad that it wasn’t VERY sweet. It was just right and I asked to pour it in my own mug. Also asked to put water in my own glass bottle. I got all my request satisfied. Nice patio to sit outside. I was there in the afternoon, and it was shady.“

“I was out working hard on a Saturday and needed a pick-me-up, so stopped at this drive through. I was a little light on funds that week, so had to settle for a coffee and croissant at Starbucks instead of stopping for a sit down meal at Chipotle or Panda Express. I was pleasantly surprised when the young lady at the drive through gave me a free specialty drink in addition to my order, which tasted especially delicious that day, as free food often does. ( I guess someone didn't pickup the drink they ordered, and they were just going to throw it out anyway ). But little things like this makes such a difference to people who are just trying to get by, and I appreciated this so much I felt good about tipping a little extra for her kindness. I don't know what they pay their employees, but since Starbucks is a massive corporate entity, I think they could afford to give locations like this one a salary increase.“

“Even though I do not go to this Starbucks very often, the few times I do visit, I am extremely impressed with the efficiency of the workers and the cleanliness of the store. This is a very high volume story considering the location it’s in yet they always get my order out with immense haste. On another note, the employee Jacee was very friendly and quick to accommodate my specific requests. I highly recommend this store if you’re shopping at this mall. They will not disappoint.“

“This Starbucks is my new favorite location and I won’t go to any others. My experience here was exquisite and the atmosphere, food, drinks and service was immaculate. “Wish yall would follow your company standards better. I have had several drinks ruined at this location because you put tall drinks in a grande cup when requesting extra ice. “We were riding with our daughter and she wanted coffee and had been to this store before. We did the drive thru and I thought it was great, not a real fan of drive thru's, There was a number of cars in line and I figured we would be there awhile but no, this crew gets things done quickly. The woman who took our order was very pleasant on the intercom and the man in the window doesn't know a stranger, he was very friendly. The cheese danish was super. If you want to see unfriendly, stuck up snowflake baristas, I suggest you go to California. The crew that I observed at this location ALL we're hardworking and ALL we're friendly and customer focused.Coming from an era where you could go to a tabletop counter and order a nickel cup of coffee to seeing a cup of coffee be over $5 I think people need to get a perspective on what exactly the services that they are looking for.“

“I love this Safeway because the workers are the nicest, but some of the Starbucks employees are kind of rude and snippy. One time I asked for an iced venti matcha and I could see the iced venti cups through the glass and the worker told me the couldn't do that size iced, mind you i buy this every time i go there, so I got a hot coffee but also there is this one girl who is super sweet and works two jobs there and she is always the nicest to order from.

“We frequent this location quite often as it is conveniently located inside the King Soopers we shop at. The entire team is fantastic, but Ellie is especially amazing! She is always friendly, urgent, and accurate. She remembers my son’s order and goes above and beyond to make every interaction a memorable one.“

Ashlyin? I think I spelt that right, she was wonderful, I had gotten a pink drink, and spilt it cause I’m on a bike, she remade it for me, made sure the lid was tight, and put a sticker on, for free! She was super kind, and welcoming, i also got lemon bread, still amazing, 10/10 experience, people at this starbucks know how to do customer service and relation building with their customers.“

“Drive-thru only, quick, friendly service.

One note for people with large trucks/SUVs: The drive-thru is kind of narrow with a tight turn where it curves around the building. It's a little snug (but doable) for my F-150, so it's probably best not to take a larger vehicle through here unless you want to bump the curbs.“

“I frequent many Starbucks locations,. Recently I spent several hours in this location and observed outstanding service repeatedly. Not only were customers greeted warmly, but in many cases their orders were delivered to their tables! This is rare at Starbucks! It is always a pleasure to come to this one!“

“Pretty standard Starbucks cafe — coffee and espresso drinks are consistent with what you'd get at any other cafe. They make a great caramel macchiato. Their mobile app makes ordering and paying super easy. Staff friendly and helpful.“

“Everything we go the bathroom has honestly been slightly gross. Kinda makes going to enjoy a friend not so enjoyable knowing its had pee and a gross floor each time. Please know we love going and having a nice drink but its not the normal Starbucks atmosphere like we are used to. I say this with all kindness.“

“After shopping in Target, I became parched and decided to get a drink at the Starbucks inside Target. There was a line due to only having 2 people working, so one is taking orders, and one is making drinks. The convenience is the reason I stopped.My favorite drink is the mango dragon fruit refresher, so sweet and hydrating. I get it made with water, not lemonade, because I like tasting the mango. There is some caffeine in the drink, so it also perks me up, but definitely not as much as their coffee drinks. The dragon fruit has no flavor, but I like the crunchy texture because it's freeze dried, and it is what makes the drink pink.Because it's inside Target, the seating area is small, and it's loud, so I wouldn't recommend working here, but if you need a pick me up before or after shopping, it's the perfect stop.“

Parking: It's a grocery store so you may not be able to park close to the door if you go during a busy time

“Traveling around in Colorado Springs and made a quick stop to eat the healthy spinach feta egg white wrap for breakfast. They were super nice in giving the sriracha packets separately with a knife - it was convenient for our travel! :)
The place is clean and well maintained - including the restrooms. It's super hot outside so this was a good chilled break for us. There are high chairs and it's pretty big with so many seatings. No complaints!“
