“I am somewhat of a coffee enthusiast, and usually generally unimpressed by Starbucks. However, this morning I was absolutely blown away buy the level of knowledge and helpfulness from the barista, Susan. I expressed to her that usually when I get lattes from Starbucks, I can hardly taste the espresso. She recommended an alternative, and described in detail why her recommended alternative was a good solution to my issue. The end result was the best latte I have ever tasted from any Starbucks! I will definitely come back to this location, especially if Susan is working!“
“I was moved to finally rate this Starbucks - a place that more or less carried me through my 2.5 years of employment at a company about half a mile away. I changed jobs recently and won't be puttering through this drive thru anymore, but I can easily say that I've never had a dedicated starbucks built in to my routine that offered such dependability and quality customer service. My order was always right, service was always fast - I had to work through the worst of the pandemic and they did, too - their COVID implementations made it very easy to safely get my coffee. In the months of April and May and felt a certain comaraderie with them as they rushed around in the same masks and gloves I had to wear, and never once was I greeted with anything less than a cheerful voice. The staff here is nothing short of amazing.A quick note - as these awesome people are going to have to continue working as the pandemic waxes and wanes, it is very helpful to them if you use the mobile app to place your order. You can customize your drink to a T, pay on your phone (including tip) and when you pull up it is as simple as grabbing your items out of a basket, so the baristas don't have to touch your old credit card or dirty dollar bills. (They usually lean out with the card swiper so you can insert the card yourself, but I witnessed a few ignorant people brandishing their cards for the employee to swipe for them, customers counting out gross old change - come on, people.) There really isn't an excuse anymore for not using the app that helps keep frontline food and bev workers safe. If you want your stuff faster and less exposure during your visit - use the app!!!“
“Meet up with family for a long awaited reunion. We had a good time in the staff was very helpful and even took a photo of us. There's a good sized indoor section as well as a good sized outdoor patio section. There's a good size parking lot too. Restrooms are available inside. “Thanks to Delia at Starbucks for providing an exceptional service, she did an out of the box thinking to help us out. we bought a Starbucks gift card from Safeway. It had a price tag on the Corner and we requested the Safeway employee to remove it and he accidentally chipped off the side of the card. We requested the customer service personnel Amy immediately to help us swap the card and she kept repeating the same thing that sales are final despite the fact that it was thier fault. After wasting 20 min, Delia gave us a unique solution- she bought us a new gift card from her money and took the chipped card for her own use. We could have let it go but it was for our kid's teacher so we needed a solution. Thanks to people like Delia who are still there to help people.“
“This Starbuck's is my go to for coffee on the run! The baristas here know how to make my drink (Grande iced coffee w/2 pumps vanilla, classic, cream, shot of espresso). Seems easy enough, but I've encountered other locations that just don't make it right.I have also been the fortunate recipient of a pay-it forward experience at this Starbuck's, this is when somebody in front of you in line pays for your order unexpectedly.Someday I will pay-it forward, but for now I can at least recommend this location for a good caffeine fix.5 stars!!!“
“I don’t go Starbucks for the coffee but for the experience and tasty drinks. I got both in here! They explained how to take advantage of the perks in my app (I had a free drink and got 2x the points thanks to their explanation), enjoyed a delicious vanilla foam in our drink, a scrumptious my strong matcha and when my girl playfulness made her drop her drink, they refilled it and turn her tears into a smile. They even have the coffee ground compost program here! “I rarely go to SB as i am not a huge fan of the coffee in general, much less the pomposity of the ordering lingo for the laymen. However, it is rare to go to a coffee shop ANYWHERE, and get my coffee the way I asked for it without a hitch. Hot, 6 shot breve latte with 6 packs of raw/turbinado sugar. Seems simple, I have paid $8 or MORE for it to be wrong many times“
“While I've been opting for a lot of grocery delivery during the pandemic, I have also found myself needing to run to the store a few times. In these instances, this King Soopers is the closest to me and overall, I've had good experiences! I will say everything about it just feels big. The aisles, the number of shelves, the way the dairy section twists and turns. It's just a lot. That being said, this means that they most likely have what you're looking for as long as you can find (and reach!) it. Of special note is the cheese section which I think is solid for a grocery store, the baked goods, and beer. I also like how they have a lot of locally made products featured throughout. King Soopers offers curbside pickup which I did once and found convenient. I placed the order online and when I arrived, they were super quick to bring it out. I'd definitely go this route again when it made sense.“
“Sorry I keep forgetting to take pictures. I am not a huge coffee person so I don’t really like to taste the coffee and I want to get some every time I stop at this location. They always take a little more time to make mine a little bit more specific to me without having to ask for them to do it or try to explain it ( they just seem to understand and appreciate me). This last time I got a peppermint mocha and with the extra sweetness it was over the top and out of this world good. I would run not slowly walk to this place ( but afterwards slow down do a little shopping at Target or sit down inside the coffee shop) Well maybe sit in your car unfortunately I think this would be the only thing that they drop the ball in and that is the comfort, appearance and cleanliness of the place. It doesn’t scream sit down and make yourself at home ( which if it did they could make much more of an impression on you) however it doesn’t diminish my experience and opinion of the coffee and the staff.“
