Starbucks in Aurora

“This is a great Starbucks location. The gals working there are so kind, and don’t make you feel rushed at all. The first barista taking my order took time to walk me through their new protein cold foam options, and the second barista remade my drink no questions asked when there was a miscommunication. She was extremely nice about it and didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience. The drinks were also made perfectly.“

“We come here quite often and order the same exact thing. We prefer this location over all others because it’s so delicious and they make the drinks so great! Today really stood out because we pulled up and I ordered and the girl taking my order through the drive-through asked if my name was Kylie. I was shocked that she remembered my name. She remembered from over a month ago, my drink, and my name And does her best to remember other people‘s names. Great customer service, people are easy to talk to, and the drinks are always good! I highly recommend this location. Also, the staff member, Emily is the one that remembered my name, she deserves a raise!“

“This is my usual spot every morning. They’re always in happy moods and so quick with their service! Today I swung by for my birthday drink and they went above and beyond! Loved the birthday message and cake pop! I wish I could shout them all out but the only one I know from today (5/21) is Chloe! Yall are amazing thank you for starting my work days with energy🙏🏻“

“I just wanted to take a moment to appreciate Valerie for all her hard work. My wife and I stopped by Starbucks today and she was absolutely incredible one of the hardest working braces I’ve ever seen we both ordered hot caramel macchiato’s and I only did she make them perfectly, but she also took the time to ask about her day and made us feel so welcome. Her kindness and attention to detail really stood out. It was honestly the best drink I’ve ever had and the store is very lucky to have her“

“Ordered a protein drink that was great but the service from Leah was greater! It is nice to come into a place and be treated with such enthusiasm! I observed how she welcomed and took the orders of several customers during my visit, as I read and finished my beverage, and she provided such attention that it looked like she knew everyone personally. This was only my second visit, last coming in May 2025. We moved to Georgia, after living in Aurora for ten years. We have family still here and will be back periodically. It will be in my travel plans to drop in for refreshments.“

“Yuri provided exceptional customer service today when I ordered coffees. I asked for water for our service dog and she brought water and a pup cup. She also delivered our coffees to the patio area. Well done and thank you for being so kind and considerate!“

“Wow wow wow, how refreshing to have such kind people greeting you , I come to study at least once a week they remember my face and greet me with a smile which makes such a huge difference this Starbucks isn’t the closest one to me to study but I make the extra drive just because it’s such a comforting experience. It’s always so so clean as well which is so amazing“

“Standalone Starbucks on Parker near light rail station. The drinks and snacks menu is typical Starbucks. The espresso based drinks such as cappuccino live up to their high standards.

The service was fine. I was made to feel welcome. They were more focused on the busy drive-through than walk-ins but did get to me in a timely manner. The store is clean and reasonably comfortable. It's more accessible if you're going northwest on Parker.

There is adequate parking, but most of the parking is in front of the store where the exit to the drive-through is,, so you have to pay extra attention entering and exiting.“

“I came in on 1/19 around 12pm to study since libraries were closed. We ordered 2 drinks and a sandwich. The lobby was clean and it wasn’t too busy. A barista was even nice enough to bring us are drinks and food. He was a bald middle height man, I cannot seem to remember his name but he was very kind and even when they were doing maintenance on the wifi he individually went to everyone in the lobby to inform them of it. It also warmed my heart on how he said good bye to a couple in Spanish, they seem to be regulars, it just reminded me of my family and friends. I will definitely be coming back to study to this Starbucks!“

“I stopped this morning and ordered the wrong drink, which I didn't realize until I got to the window. I told the dude what I did and offered to pay for both the one I screwed up and the one I needed. He was super gracious and only charged me for the one I needed. Good customer service is still alive and well at this location! Very grateful for the kindness!!

“Large standalone Starbucks with the standard food and drinks. The latte was hot and delicious.

Service was very fast and friendly. I felt welcomed here. The space has a lot of indoor seating in a pleasant room and an outdoor area. They do have a handicapped designated spot. There is unsecured Wi-Fi for customers.

The lot had plenty of parking and there's a drive through.“

“I always order pink drinks here and every time they make it, it is well made. It is always filled to the top with enough strawberry flakes. It also tastes wonderful. The service is nice and welcoming. I really appreciated this guy worker coming to giving me the drink when I was sitting far away. I usually have to wait and get the drink myself so i was very happy. This place is just 3 min away from me and I love coming here always!“

“Always have the best time talking to the afternoon worker Matilda ☺️ she’s always really kind and lets me take my time picking what I want and even recommends things when I can’t decide. Quick and efficient and feels like I’m talking to one of my besties ☺️“

“Every time I go here they know my order. The staff is so friendly and efficient. I am only in the drive thru for 30 seconds it feels like. They are so quick. I always get my drink made right and have a good conversation with the staff at the window.“

“Located inside Target and as the whole store have and still undergoing refurbishing, this Starbucks have changed as well.1. Moved across store entrance from where it was at and, have enlarged their space.2. More open, light and airy as versus the cave-like feel of the previous space.3. More tables to dine in.I visited on a weekday afternoon and there was a line of about 3 parties and more coming as I sat there enjoying my ☕.Only thing I wish would be more and varied bakery items.Otherwise, a good update!“

“This location is open for walk in but not sit in and also drive through. I ordered using the Starbucks app and then went inside. Social distancing is practiced and the servers wear masks. They were out of the chocolate croissant I wanted but they allowed a substitution. There were a lot of cars in the drive through. I definitely recommend ordering ahead using the app to cut down on wait time if you walk up. Or even in the drive through as this location is still fairly busy. The servers were friendly and efficient. It was a little sad that I couldn’t sit down and just relax. But after yoga my little almond croissant and venti very berry hibiscus was refreshing and the breakfast I needed. It also made the tire rotation more pleasant. I’m so glad my boss gave my a gift card so I could enjoy a little break.“

“Awesome service. Everyone was amazing, but there was a dark haired gentleman who went above and beyond what I consider exceptional service. I wish I had grabbed his name. He made a point to memorize everyone’s name, keep a bright smile on that radiated through his mask, and even walked another customer’s order out to their car. I work in retail, and especially during COVID, it’s been challenging to keep a happy face in addition to high quality customer service. Props to everyone at this location, but particularly the gentleman who helped me and many others have a better day!“

Dietary restrictions: In terms of gluten free foods, there are some fruit and nut packs that can be purchased here, provided you don't have allergies. Other than that, cheese strings are available also.“

“The bathroom is like a concrete cell with sink and mirror out in the open so DON'T do a date here if you plan to fix hair and makeup in privacy... that's a drag. I got bentobox midday and everything was turning so they probably sell those more than a day old 😝 Also, very limited seating so be ready to sit outside if you bring friends!“

“The management and Baristas and shift supervisor are all so incredibly awesome and nice . They were trained really good. Jerome is the best manager. I've been going to Starbucks for 33 years never missed a day. I get the same drink. They know how to make it here the way that I like it. When I walk in they always say hello to me makes me feel good and special like I matter. I just really appreciate the Starbucks at Quincy and Piccadilly in Aurora Colorado . Shout out to every single one of you for your awesomeness.“

“I went this morning and was greeted by the staff. They were all very friendly and in good spirits. I was worried to come from the reviews but I had a great experience. I’ll be coming back to this one. I got my red cup for red cup day and I got my coffee it was hot and good.“
