“This is a great Starbucks location. The gals working there are so kind, and don’t make you feel rushed at all. The first barista taking my order took time to walk me through their new protein cold foam options, and the second barista remade my drink no questions asked when there was a miscommunication. She was extremely nice about it and didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience. The drinks were also made perfectly.“

“I just wanted to take a moment to appreciate Valerie for all her hard work. My wife and I stopped by Starbucks today and she was absolutely incredible one of the hardest working braces I’ve ever seen we both ordered hot caramel macchiato’s and I only did she make them perfectly, but she also took the time to ask about her day and made us feel so welcome. Her kindness and attention to detail really stood out. It was honestly the best drink I’ve ever had and the store is very lucky to have her“

“This is my usual spot every morning. They’re always in happy moods and so quick with their service! Today I swung by for my birthday drink and they went above and beyond! “We come here quite often and order the same exact thing. We prefer this location over all others because it’s so delicious and they make the drinks so great! Today really stood out because we pulled up and I ordered and the girl taking my order through the drive-through asked if my name was Kylie. I was shocked that she remembered my name. She remembered from over a month ago, my drink, and my name And does her best to remember other people‘s names. Great customer service, people are easy to talk to, and the drinks are always good! I highly recommend this location. Also, the staff member, Emily is the one that remembered my name, she deserves a raise!“

“Absolutely made to perfection. The barista made my Frappuccino to perfection. Well almost. I asked for extra caramel, but her service and care made me not even worry about it! And we can’t forget the banana bread loaf. Always the best part!“

“The staff is always amazing!!! They know my order as soon as I make it to the drive-through. All of the baristas there go above and beyond to make sure your order is correct. Their service
is always friendly and welcoming. I out of my way to drive to this location, as I have one less than a mile from me and, this one is about 4 miles. Always amazing. Shout out to the morning crew for always making my day!!!!!“

“Standalone Starbucks on Parker near light rail station. The drinks and snacks menu is typical Starbucks. The espresso based drinks such as cappuccino live up to their high standards.

The service was fine. I was made to feel welcome. They were more focused on the busy drive-through than walk-ins but did get to me in a timely manner. The store is clean and reasonably comfortable. It's more accessible if you're going northwest on Parker.

There is adequate parking, but most of the parking is in front of the store where the exit to the drive-through is,, so you have to pay extra attention entering and exiting.“

“I kinda quit on Starbucks but went here to wait on a car getting fixed.
They are doing everything right here.

Only that the cortado can out what an Italian would call a macchiato …. But hey it tasted great for a macchiato.“

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize one of your employees, George. I go to this Starbucks almost every morning, and even though there’s another location that’s much closer to my house, I choose to come to this one because of him.

George is always so kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. He consistently goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued, and his positive attitude really makes a difference—especially in the mornings when a little kindness can mean so much. Every interaction with him starts my day off on a good note.

It’s rare to come across someone who brings that level of warmth and professionalism to work every single day. He’s truly phenomenal at what he does, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Employees like George are a big reason customers keep coming back.

“Wow wow wow, how refreshing to have such kind people greeting you , I come to study at least once a week they remember my face and greet me with a smile which makes such a huge difference this Starbucks isn’t the closest one to me to study but I make the extra drive just because it’s such a comforting experience. It’s always so so clean as well which is so amazing“

“This location is open for walk in but not sit in and also drive through. I ordered using the Starbucks app and then went inside. Social distancing is practiced and the servers wear masks. They were out of the chocolate croissant I wanted but they allowed a substitution. There were a lot of cars in the drive through. I definitely recommend ordering ahead using the app to cut down on wait time if you walk up. Or even in the drive through as this location is still fairly busy. The servers were friendly and efficient. It was a little sad that I couldn’t sit down and just relax. But after yoga my little almond croissant and venti very berry hibiscus was refreshing and the breakfast I needed. It also made the tire rotation more pleasant. I’m so glad my boss gave my a gift card so I could enjoy a little break.“

“I stopped this morning and ordered the wrong drink, which I didn't realize until I got to the window. I told the dude what I did and offered to pay for both the one I screwed up and the one I needed. He was super gracious and only charged me for the one I needed. Good customer service is still alive and well at this location! Very grateful for the kindness!!

“Located inside Target and as the whole store have and still undergoing refurbishing, this Starbucks have changed as well.1. Moved across store entrance from where it was at and, have enlarged their space.2. More open, light and airy as versus the cave-like feel of the previous space.3. More tables to dine in.I visited on a weekday afternoon and there was a line of about 3 parties and more coming as I sat there enjoying my ☕.Only thing I wish would be more and varied bakery items.Otherwise, a good update!“

“I came into Starbucks and Anahlei was truly one of the nicest, brightest, and most welcoming employees I’ve met. She definitely goes above and beyond. I love her interactions and her energy overall. She has a bubbly personality and is so sweet. She really lightens up the atmosphere, and I had a pretty rough day, but even just talking to her made things feel lighter. She’s funny and genuinely such a kind person. She starts conversations with customers and makes everyone feel comfortable and welcome. “Awesome service. Everyone was amazing, but there was a dark haired gentleman who went above and beyond what I consider exceptional service. I wish I had grabbed his name. He made a point to memorize everyone’s name, keep a bright smile on that radiated through his mask, and even walked another customer’s order out to their car. I work in retail, and especially during COVID, it’s been challenging to keep a happy face in addition to high quality customer service. Props to everyone at this location, but particularly the gentleman who helped me and many others have a better day!“

“Good Vanilla Chai, good people working the drive through, clean, and you can get some work done if you need to. I like the location EXCEPT for the stupid line in the morning. It'll be interesting when the coffee shop across Quincy opens late 2026ish to see what happens to traffic.“

“I love ordering at the drive thru at this Starbucks location as they always get my orders accurate every time. They are also fast. Whenever I go inside they prepare my orders quickly and have a nice selection of coffee related merchandise and are happy to answer my questions.“

“I don’t usually write reviews but the worker who helped me at this Starbucks was amazing. I was having a horrible day and wanted to treat myself but I didn’t know what to order. She was genuinely so kind and gave me some great recommendations. She was so patient and my drink was amazing. It was a blond girl and I believe her name started with an A but I can’t quite remember. By far the best experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks.“

“The bathroom is like a concrete cell with sink and mirror out in the open so DON'T do a date here if you plan to fix hair and makeup in privacy... that's a drag. I got bentobox midday and everything was turning so they probably sell those more than a day old 😝 Also, very limited seating so be ready to sit outside if you bring friends!“

“Always good service here from the young ladies. Special shout out to Frank/Frankie. Tall thin male that wears the baseball hat behind the counter had difficulty answering any of my questions about products-I think he was a shift lead. Clean but tight quarters. Not sure if they have a bathroom. Seating is very limited compared to other locations in the area. Parking can be difficult during peak times.“
