“Not only are the drinks made wonderfully here, but the staff is amazing. We had our car break down in the drive thru and everyone was so helpful and kind to us. We were so nervous and they all stayed so calm and reassuring. Can’t recommend this store enough, they’re fabulous!“
“I didn’t pay attention to their hours for this location and didn’t realize that I had pulled in five minutes or less before they closed. But I had no shame and politely asked if it would be okay if I ordered. And the cashier assured me it was fine. She had no attitude about my request and I knew it was genuine when I pulled up and she was smiling at me reiterated to me again it wasn’t a problem. And if you know, you just know if someone is faking. Thanks for a great Starby’s!!! ☕️ ?“
“Absolutely amazed by the team work, hustle and accuracy of these two employees working their booties off during a crazy rush line of almost 20 people at once. One was this woman working the resister and making drinks. She had hooped earrings, clear glasses & a nose ring. What a perfect example of hard work, communication with her fellow employee and customers. Super friendly, funny and quick with making drinks. A multi tasking QUEEN! then behind the line working the food & drinks was an adorable person with a black Beenie and rainbow earring. He was hustling, super positive and accurate with every order. These two are doing the job of 4-5 people with a rush like this! As someone with years of experience in the restaurant industry... I was super impressed by these two employees. The created such a warm, fun, a calming ambiance even while being under so much stress ! These two deserve a raise!!! Wowowoowow“
“This store has always had great service and a friendly staff. I have been going there for 10+ years. I have seen managers and staff come and go. They seem consistent, clean, and my mobile order is typically ready. Every now and then I have to wait a few extra minutes for my mobile order, but they are usually hustling like crazy behind the counter, so it's to be expected.The manager, I think his name is "Dave?" Knows my name and always says "good morning." I would like to think he's smiling and happy under the mask, but in the times of COVID, who knows! I don't frequent Starbucks as much as I once did (I went daily for YEARS!). The pandemic has taught me I need to cut back on my frivolous spending, so now I only visit once a week. I miss it though!“
“So, I was in a hurry, a real hurry, my bus was leaving in ten minutes and I desperately needed a Starbucks. I sprinted to the Starbucks and ordered ahead terrified that I was not going to make it. Luckily, Maddy the barista came to my rescue and asked if I had placed a mobile order. After kindly telling me she would start on it right away, she swiftly prepared my latte and I made it back with six full minutes to spare. Maddy deserves a raise and gets a gold star from me.“

Their friendliness and helpfulness truly stood out. Not only did they provide excellent service, but they also recommended a new drink to try, which turned out to be absolutely delicious, all with a milk alternative.Dietary restrictions: I particularly appreciate that Starbucks offers a variety of milk alternatives, catering to different dietary preferences and restrictions. I prefer oat milk, but they have almond, oat, and soy.“
