This store has always had great service and a friendly staff. I have been going there for 10+ years. I have seen managers and staff come and go. They seem consistent, clean, and my mobile order is typically ready. Every now and then I have to wait a few extra minutes for my mobile order, but they are usually hustling like crazy behind the counter, so it's to be expected.The manager, I think his name is "Dave?" I frequent this store almost daily, and usually have a great experience with the staff unless the manager Dave is present. He has ZERO customer service skills, and is really just downright rude. I can imagine the volume at this store is significant but let's be honest it's not due to his customer service skills.

Their drive thru needs to be closed. They have too much traffic for the area and it's causing traffic issues especially for those that need to access the neighboring daycare and other businesses. I've seen accidents and near accidents as well as it creating road rage issues because that street isn't designed for the backup their drive thru creates.
