Got food thru the drive thru, old skinny burgers. Straight forward order, not busy...double cheese burger and meat was as thin as lunch meat, bun was old....order taker was trying to be fast, but would not listen and kept getting confused..." slow is smooth, and smooth is fast.." it's McDonald's, so the bar was low, but they failed to meet that LOW BAR status.
Food was not fresh despite having waited for nearly half an hour in an empty restaurant. The new service model is terrible. They don't bring napkins to your table. They don't ask if you'd like or need ketchup for your fries. I'll be sticking to the drive through from now on. I expect things to be missing through there.
