This is the third time I’ve ordered online through the app and my food is never waiting in the mobile order pick up shelf, here I am waiting 13 minutes passed my order time with three other people waiting! My order was hanging on the board and I had to ask the cashier about my food and she pulled the ticket from the board 15 minutes passed my promised order time I get my food. I understand that the restaurant gets busy but you need to find a different system for online orders...read full review
My husband and I just picked up an online when we got home our guacamole was pitch black like a week old literally look like it was pulled out of the trashcan. I can’t believe the business that is going on there and for chipotle being known as Fresh food, and with everything going on with the produce that is the most disgusting food I have seen in a long time I would never go back to that location again or for that matter ever go back to chipotle again as disgusting as...read full review
They gave me the tiniest amount of food possible and when I asked for double rice they gave me a quarter extra scoop. The photo is right after I opened it, after I shook the food around

While some employees are attentive and provide great service, others lack direction and attention to detail. Pre-ordering may not be the best option as orders can be delayed and items may be missing or incorrect. However, when ordering in-store, the food is delicious and well-made. The staff works quickly and efficiently, even during busy times, and handles long lines well. Customers appreciate the organized team, and some have noticed that serving sizes seem to be getting smaller, with a steak bowl costing $12 but being about half filled. The young employees, especially on Friday evenings, are often very efficient and resilient, calmly managing difficult situations such as rude customers. Despite occasional mishaps with online orders, the overall dining experience at Chipotle Mexican Grill remains enjoyable and worth returning to.
