Today's experience was incredibly disappointing. I was billed for items I didn't order, and they couldn't refund my after. My order was consistently mixed up with others', and to top it off, I didn't receive the correct food when I finally left. It's evident that there's a need for better training among the staff, and despite repeated requests, I still didn't receive all the sides I asked for.
This place has really gone downhill. We didn't get a lot of the food that we ordered and the portion sizes are absolutely tiny. They were out of a bunch of stuff, but didn't tell us until we had already left and though "wait they didn't give me any of this". We returned to the restaurant and they were just "oops, we're all out of every single dressing". Do not ever online order from this location. They marked my order as ready but never even started making it. They wouldn't check on it until I asked multiple times and ended up putting my sticker on two wrong orders and giving them to me.
