Ever since you guy's started putting the toppings on top of the cheese rather then under, I must say the pizza is not as good. And believe me I tried it several times this way and it's not the same. The browning of the cheese is less, which equals less crisp. And who knows what else it does to the overall taste, I'm sure it effects it. You would think by switching it up this way you guys would cook the pizza a little longer and crisp up the toppings, but they are not. I know...read full review
