I swear they forgot to salt the rice every time I came the last 5 times in a row. So your food is basically totaled. Aka not worth eating.And literally somehow always out of cheese if you come after 9pm. ? more likely they just don’t want to pull out another case of it.I live walking distance to this one. Unfortunately going to this location is a last resort. Go to the one at Southlands, or anywhere else.Consistent Poor management for the last 4 years or so.@Chipote-corporate should come help these guys out.

Do not ever online order from this location. They marked my order as ready but never even started making it. They wouldn't check on it until I asked multiple times and ended up putting my sticker on two wrong orders and giving them to me. I ordered three entrees and chips but they tried to give me a smaller order, then an order double the size. I finally got my order 40 minutes after promised (and 30 minutes after they marked it ready), but the chips were stale, the beans hard, and one burrito made wrong. There were multiple people waiting for orders after me and no bags were coming out. I could've gone through the regular line multiple times during the time that I waited.

Today's experience was incredibly disappointing. I was billed for items I didn't order, and they couldn't refund my after. My order was consistently mixed up with others', and to top it off, I didn't receive the correct food when I finally left. It's evident that there's a need for better training among the staff, and despite repeated requests, I still didn't receive all the sides I asked for.

This place has really gone downhill. We didn't get a lot of the food that we ordered and the portion sizes are absolutely tiny. They were out of a bunch of stuff, but didn't tell us until we had already left and though "wait they didn't give me any of this". We returned to the restaurant and they were just "oops, we're all out of every single dressing". We also had to argue our way into getting the bag of chips that we ordered, even after we had paid and everything. They messed up a lot of our order as well, such as not adding enough sides to the kids mean and giving me a chicken bowl when I thought I had ordered steak. Overall, it's not a good place to go anymore, and you'll have a lot better luck anywhere else it seems.

This is the worst chipotle ever and it makes me very sad because it’s the closest one to my house. I’ve loved chipotle for YEARS and this is the only one I avoid. Almost always disappointed. Either the portions are half of what they should be or the service is REALLY slowI hope the managers get fired eventually so it can be great like most other chipotles around town.
Terrible service. Employees are rude when I asked for light sour cream the man helping me put an entire giant spoon full on my taco. When I said that’s too much he took the taco and slammed it in the trash.It didn’t get better from there he then ripped several holes in my burrito when wrapping it. When I got home to eat my food it was an absolute mess. Go to the location on Iliff it’s much better! I will NEVER eat here again.

The employees were to busy running around flirting with each other. Not only was the amount of food, embarrassing but the prices for the bowls are pretty expensive and I got a very small amount of food. They also forgot multiple items in each bowl. And when I called to talk to a manager I get hung up on. What a shame.

This is right up the street from my house, and I want it to be good. I have continually had bad service and bad food. Food is cold. They’re continually out of brown rice and white rice. I could overlook the service if the food was a decent quality. I mean it’s chipotle. I keep going hoping it will get better, joke is on me.

3rd times in a row. Missing half of the ingredients in my order. When I went there other time and mentioned that my order was wrong 3 times in a row manager said I should bring it back right away. I can’t waste my total 40 mins to get my correct order I’ve already lost 40 mins. Other than wasting my time do your simple job correctly and don’t give me an advise like that to bring it back. I didn’t even ask for a refund and she was saying that “I can’t give you a refund”. Did I ask you a refund? Weird. She probably thought I’m trying to get free food. I don’t need your free food just give me what I paid for.
