Their drive thru needs to be closed. They have too much traffic for the area and it's causing traffic issues especially for those that need to access the neighboring daycare and other businesses. I've seen accidents and near accidents as well as it creating road rage issues because that street isn't designed for the backup their drive thru creates.

This store has always had great service and a friendly staff. I have been going there for 10+ years. I have seen managers and staff come and go. They seem consistent, clean, and my mobile order is typically ready. Every now and then I have to wait a few extra minutes for my mobile order, but they are usually hustling like crazy behind the counter, so it's to be expected.The manager, I think his name is "Dave?" Knows my name and always says "good morning." I would like to think he's smiling and happy under the mask, but in the times of COVID, who knows! I don't frequent Starbucks as much as I once did (I went daily for YEARS!). The pandemic has taught me I need to cut back on my frivolous spending, so now I only visit once a week. I miss it though!

I frequent this store almost daily, and usually have a great experience with the staff unless the manager Dave is present. He has ZERO customer service skills, and is really just downright rude. I can imagine the volume at this store is significant but let's be honest it's not due to his customer service skills.

I went in to ask if they could fix my drink and this young girl with really dry blonde/white hair said no and was super rude about it. She said they can't fix a drink I got from a starbucks that's inside a king soopers because it's not a real starbucks? LOL. So I went to the starbucks on buckley and smoky hill and they fixed my drink with no problem and were so kind about it!

This tiny location is cute but definitely small. The parking lot is shared with a paint store and fills quickly on a weekend. The drive through line also winds through the parking lot and interferes with parking. The number of cars in the lot doesn’t translate into customers sitting inside. It’s a relaxing atmosphere and my friend and I could visit and talk without raising our voices. It was awesome to be able to visit but have to be honest - didn’t think I’d be able to find parking. And when I did, I wasn’t sure I could get out because of the drive through line being behind my car. I got lucky. If you know this beforehand and are prepared for it, then this location is no problem for you. But if you need calm and lots of parking, this is not for you.

It's taken me awhile to get back into shopping here after Safeway closed nextdoor...however if you time it right and it not crowded it's a pretty nice store now. I will give their produce section 5 stars. The only thing I wish they could do is keep the self check areas cleaner. The checkout where you run your food across are pretty dirty most times. Other than that its come a long way.

Worst Pharmacy I have ever been too. They get my medication wrong every time. I guess they don't know how to read there own notes. They even have notes in the system and still cannot figure it out.
I think the development of this Starbucks has been the best one yet in my town. I love the location of this drive thru Starbucks. It is conveniently located off Smoky Hill Road, where you can easily access it. This location never seems to be as busy as some of the other locations which makes me more likely to visit it instead. The parking lot structure is put together very well, making it so that traffic congestion isn't too big of a concern or obstacle to get through. The employees are very nice and efficient with the service provided. I usually go to this Starbucks in the early hours of the morning, around 630-645am and the employees always seem very happy to be serving you! This makes me glad that I come to this location so frequently.

I've tried giving this location the benefit of the doubt because it's close to my house and really nice inside... but the WIFI is AWFUL. Have had a problem every single time I've been in.

This is a new location and always meets or exceeds the Starbucks standards of service and quality coffee and products. My only concern is that parking is hard to find -- other than that they are great.

This location is terrible! FYI When you say no whip cream because of allergies they will just spoon it off the top and give you the same drink. All while it's completely empty and not busy. Staff is rude inconsiderate and lazy! I'm done with this location and also calling corporate. To add this isn't the first time. They always get everything wrong and will tell you they are out of things just to not do more work. Completely awful location!!
