Always amazing staff just frustrating when you pay extra for oat milk/anything else and don't get it. Paying more monitarily and physically when you don't get what you asked for sucks?
I didn’t pay attention to their hours for this location and didn’t realize that I had pulled in five minutes or less before they closed. But I had no shame and politely asked if it would be okay if I ordered. And the cashier assured me it was fine. She had no attitude about my request and I knew it was genuine when I pulled up and she was smiling at me reiterated to me again it wasn’t a problem. I like the drive through, but it's not walker or stroller friendly at all. If they would leave the side door open it would be so much more accessible I don't know why they don't.
