Well, I walked into Starbucks after 12 o’clock ordered a blonde roast and apparently they didn’t have any. I asked for the closest thing in blonde roast. Apparently they said they had no blonde beans at all. then a young lady, by the name of Amber with absolutely great customer service and a great smile, found a blonde roast package instead of doing a pour over she actually took the time to make a brew blonde roast coffee. They were out of a certain tea due to shortages, which is obviously common, Alex recommended an alternative that tasted way better! Alex has also left a positive experience every single time, and I will continue wasting my money because of him. I never met such a vibrant individual!
Such confusion when trying to pick up our drinks: 2 of our 3 item order was called out and we waited for our 2nd drink to be finished, standing close. As we approach to pick up last drink of our order, a separate barista slides our drink to a young lady who approached and took the drink then walked away.
