These guys were nice and did awesome when a topping was unavailable to make sure we still got good ice cream
Went in to get ice cream and the workers seemed very unhappy and upset to be there. I get it they may be having a bad day or something may have happened but they had no emotion. The one girl in the glasses especially was very rude and her tone was uncalled for and not to mind you had airbuds in her ears. I know it may be exhausting serving customers all night but at least smile a little. Ice cream is always delicious though.

Cold Stone Creamery provides amazing service from some staff members, who are polite and helpful. The restaurant offers ample parking at the rear and side of the building. Their ice cream cakes are a popular choice for birthdays, and the staff usually remembers to offer writing on the cake without an extra charge. However, some staff members can be unfriendly and lacking in customer service skills, with a few reviews noting that the store might be lacking in excited-to-serve employees. The ice cream flavors vary, with the pumpkin flavor receiving positive reviews, while others, like Boo Batter, may not meet expectations. A wide variety of ice cream flavors and toppings are available, and all items are reported as delicious. The location is noted to be clean and fast, making it a go-to place for families.
