Over all, a good experience. Only one waiter/waitress, so things were slow, as well as the restaurant, because there were only a couple other tables. I should have read the menu more carefully, so it was my problem, but the pulled chicken came with cheese. Cheese, really? Never had that served to me at other BBQ restaurants. What a hair brained concept!
This restaurant used to have a location in Florence, AL almost 20 years ago. When I saw there was one close to me, I had to go try it out, and it did not disappoint 😋 Please bring this back to Alabama (Florence/Huntsville/Birmingham)
Wow! I have used Famous Dave’s catering several times (from other locations) and got great service everytime. But today was EXCEPTIONAL! And it was all because of one person - Karen Lohner from Cornerstar in Aurora. Our event was a Celebration of Life so the day was long, busy, and emotional. The service is consistently commended, being exemplary, courteous, and professional with a short wait time. The restaurant is very clean and the happy hour deals are really good.
