“This has been one of my favorite Starbucks for years. The service is always great, and if an order gets messed up they will correct it no questions asked. They usually have a large drive thru line in the a.m., but they always move through it very fast.“
“I shop at the Starbucks at Hampden and Tower in Aurora Colorado. I know everybody there and they know me by name. They always say hello to me when I walk in the door. I know the manager Melissa has been with Starbucks for a long long time. The newer district manager Jim is a nice guy. If there are too many Baristas and shift supervisors for me to name all of them but I want to thank every single one of you for always being so kind.“
“This Safeway is not as good as when I first moved here a couple of years ago. So the coffee is good, service not so good as of late. The atmosphere sucks because sometimes there are some pretty obnoxious smells, again as of late the smell was rotting meat most likely dead fish. Not conducive to appetite nor the desire to stick around for long. Anyway I am sorry that the place (Safeway) is not paying as much attention to the customer, at least as far as I can see. They seem to be working on breaking the wine market and not working on customer relations.???Wheelchair accessibility: Not that anything will be improved but I will say that the main entrance (north doors) is a little bit tight between door and parking lot and front access for motor vehicles and the south entrance is a little far except at night I guess. Otherwise access is ok.“
“I go here all the time and some of the baristas know me like Doga. as much as I love it there manager seems to be a rude person to her baristas and to customers other that there manager I would have given 5 stars she just doesn’t have a nice enough mentality to make it 5 stars. Recommendation is to get a pumpkin spice frappuccino double blended.“
“This is the best Starbucks in the Englewood area. I stopped going to the drive-thru locations on Broadway because they're irritated to fix a drink or make it right. Here they make it perfect and it tastes great! The only complaint is that the customer service could be better. They aren't able to redeem star rewards you've earned on the Starbucks app. It might be because they're not a stand alone store.“
“My favorite starshmux happy it's in my neighborhood. I tried the gingerbread chai hoping I'd like it switch it up from my regular which is almond milk mocha. I didn't like it at all! Jax was nice enough to offer me a remake of something I like. The drive through here is always super busy but cashiers and baristas are so expedient and service is always super friendly! Why I keep coming back. Felt bad to ask for a remake. Thank you!“
