Starbucks in Englewood

“Typically I go to a locally owned business for breakfast but it was too early and they were all closed, I did drive through and got some breakfast sandwiches and a frappacino. Shorty was working the drive through intercom and it was without a doubt the most pleasant ordering experience I’ve had at a drive through. Friendly, competent, fast, and thorough. I still will opt to buy locally owned wherever I can, but gosh this experience makes me want to go back. Thanks Shorty!“

“This has been one of my favorite Starbucks for years. The service is always great, and if an order gets messed up they will correct it no questions asked. They usually have a large drive thru line in the a.m., but they always move through it very fast.“

“I had such a great experience at the Starbucks on Broadway & Belleview this morning! I had gotten my drink at another Starbucks and unfortunately it wasn’t made correctly, so I stopped at this location and asked if they could remake it for me. I even offered to pay for a new one, but they were so incredibly kind and told me not to worry about it.

Mo, who was working the register, was so sweet and helpful. I didn’t catch the name of the girl who actually remade my drink because her name tag was a little worn/blurry, but she was just as kind and made my drink PERFECT. Hopefully Mo knows who she was because she deserves recognition too!

They didn’t question me or make me feel like I was bothering them, they simply helped me with a smile. They probably don’t realize it, but that little bit of kindness genuinely made my morning so much better. Sometimes something as simple as getting your coffee made just right can turn your whole morning around.

“I love this Starbucks! I live close by so I always go to this one, and im impressed each time. The girls are always super nice and friendly. They make us feel welcome each time, and they always go above and beyond with each order. Keep it up ladies, you all are amazing 😊“

“I don’t even live very close to here but anytime im in the shopping area I make it a point to go into this Starbucks ( inside the king soopers ) because of the amazing customer service!

There is one employee in particular that goes above and beyond being kind, over all just being a ray of sunshine! No matter what day I pop in every encounter has been delightful!
