Did the drive-thru. Her tone was horrible; audibly annoyed for no reason. The guy in front of us - I saw they messed up his order, like, four times before getting it right. As for my party, they messed up BOTH of our orders - flavor, size, everything. I'm only giving 3 stars because the drink was still pretty good. However, as is true with every Starbucks drink: the first few sips were great, but the rest tasted like cold nothing.
I quite like this Starbucks. All of the employees are rather friendly and accommodating. I’ve visited enough to where most of them know my order, which is convenient. My only recommendation would be better consistency. The drive through is always faster than going in, which seems odd, and the drink I order isn’t made consistently the same way. It’s a $10 drink so I’m not griping over nothing

I shop at the Starbucks at Hampden and Tower in Aurora Colorado. I know everybody there and they know me by name. They always say hello to me when I walk in the door. I know the manager Melissa has been with Starbucks for a long long time. The newer district manager Jim is a nice guy. If there are too many Baristas and shift supervisors for me to name all of them but I want to thank every single one of you for always being so kind.
