Ordered iced oat latte and after 15-20 minutes they told me they don’t have a milk so instead of milk they gave me other options i chose coconut milk at the end they gave me hot cappuccino!

I shop at the Starbucks at Hampden and Tower in Aurora Colorado. I know everybody there and they know me by name. They always say hello to me when I walk in the door. I know the manager Melissa has been with Starbucks for a long long time. The newer district manager Jim is a nice guy. If there are too many Baristas and shift supervisors for me to name all of them but I want to thank every single one of you for always being so kind.

The baristas are always so friendly and the coffee perfect but my Danish is always cold even though I ask for it toasted, weird. But I still come back for the coffee.

As a former starbucks employee I’m disappointed in the quality of the drinks. It didn’t seem like anyone here was necessarily making the coffee wrong but… your espresso is bad. I hated the taste of my coffee lol. 8$ wasted on milky water. It tasted like rubber lol. My friend got his remade and it was horrible. Just avoid this starbs cuz they obv need some training on timing for espresso and how to make a good drink.
