“Great Starbucks, great staff. Alonzo was expecially helpful and nice, he even helped me pick a drink amd made the best smoothie I've ever had. But management really needs to be more appreciative of staff, and hrie more employees, I came in at 1pm on a Saturday and there was only one worker for I'd said 10 customers.“
“Not sure why this Starbucks has such bad reviews. Service was fast and friendly. The dining room is clean. There are plenty of power outlets under the tables. The bathrooms are clean. There are no vagrants living inside the restaurant. Parking is ultra convenient. The food was fresh and the coffee tasted good.“
“You know I really give this place Top ratings but honestly I am biased in my opinion because I have been going here for years! As with my job I have watched staff members come and go and the evolution of a place and this place has an amazing staff! They engage and get to know you and share a little bit of their lives and I'm the kind of person whose soul is enriched by engagement with others! So I dig it here!“
“This location is brand new and is very modern and spacious. It features outdoor patio seating as well. The people are super friendly and the service is fast (though drive thru and counter service). Drinks are delicious. Unfortunately, the location is decently inconvenient compared to the old location near the Safeway. The parking lot is really beat up and the ways to get in the shopping center are very limited. Other than that, it was a very good experience and will definitely be back for a morning cup of coffee.“
“Great location and consistently amazing coffee and service here particularly. Not all Starbucks are equal. Look at the one at king soopers Belleview/Federal area.. What a hot mess. “Starbucks is amazing it’s just one worker that made my drink and my friends drink terrible! It tasted so bad that we both got food poisoning. Whenever that worker makes my drink it’s always really bad! He is working right now as I’m posting this. Other then that this Starbucks is amazing! Would rate 5 if that worker wasn’t there.“
“I have been in this coffeehouse a few times and I can suggest them exceptionally for working and relaxing. The staff was consistently receptive and mindful. They have a solid wi-fi association which makes me stay longer. This is an ideal scene for a party. Strongly suggested!“
“This Starbucks is by my dogs vet. I was very emotional today under a lot of stress & also I forgot to take my medication, my dog was going under sedation for the first time, etc …my normal Starbucks in Littleton butchered my order and it kind of just made my day worst (first world problems I know). I didn’t know if you could walk in a different Starbucks and have your order fixed but I figured I’d try and if I needed to pay for a whole new coffee that was fine. The person behind the counter (didn’t catch their name but they had a pink bow/scrunchie in their hair) apologized for the other Starbucks, told me they’d fix my coffee up right away, validated I was having a bad day, and didn’t charge me for a new coffee). Then the man who made and handed me my coffee said he hoped this one was better. Just goes to show you that small, kind human interactions can change the whole course of someone’s day and this Starbucks team definitely turned my day/mood around. Thank you guys <3“
“Good coffee. Not great, but good. Like the atmosphere here and the baristas are always friendly and nice. Lines can be long in the AM, but that is every coffee shop in South Denver. Wish the food selection was a bit more varied, but overall very much enjoy coming here for coffee in the AM or on the weekend.“
“Friendly service. Coffee was good. Glad that they serve coconut milk for your coffee if you request it. The guy making my drink even joked with me about having to go squeeze some fresh coconut milk for my drink. I needed the laugh. :) Never disappointed with this location.“
“Starbucks offers a consistent and reliable experience, and the Caramel Macchiato is no exception. The rich espresso balanced with velvety steamed milk and a swirl of caramel creates a delightful treat. While I enjoyed it and gave it four stars, the familiarity of the Starbucks experience is always a comforting constant. A great choice for a satisfying coffee break.“
“Overall a nice place, the only thing that is that the staff is always busy (considering there's only two people) which isn't there fault but when there a long line (usually there isn't) they might take longer to take your order.“
“Just got my drink at this location, I live in castle rock and was in the area to shop at neighboring Trader Joe’s. Anyway, the ladies there this morning were all fabulous. They all acknowledged me as soon I came in and then helped out with the Starbucks app glitch I was having. I had enough points for a free drink and I initially ordered a grande but the lady asked me if I wanted to make it venti since I’m using my points. I really appreciated her asking because even if I didn’t want the bigger size at least I know that I was given the option. It may not be a big deal for some but I truly appreciated it. Way to go!“
“The vibe in Starbucks in Colorado is SOOO much different than Chicago ?. Aspen was our cashier and she was so sweet. All the staff looked genuinely happy- laughing, joking, and having conversations with customers in their shop. Spacious and a good vibe to it overall. Will be back to do some “
“Thank you to the amazing ladies at this Starbucks location. I'm a combat veteran from put of town and I usually have my favorite spots I got to for veterans day. I walked all around this area I don't know well and they were the first ones to take care of me on this special day. Means the world to this vet. Please visit this amazingly friendly staff it's totally worth your time.“
“Only 4 stars because I refuse to let 1 person bring down this amazing team. This morning before 8am as I was heading to my work in retail, I came to my favorite Starbucks. Today I was met with rudeness. I was told "I can't read your mind" when trying to make a custom drink which I had done so the day before. I have never ever been treated so poorly. I should have spoken up but I didn't want to escalate the situation which they (window person) seemed determined to do. I will keep going to this location because like I said the rest of the team is fantastic. I really didn't need this this morning. Today starbucks brought me down, so much for my little joy in the morning. Please give them deescalation training. I'm afraid of getting them again. ?“

“The young man behind the counter made us the best drinks we have had yet at a Starbucks. We were there 11/24/21 at about 5:30p if his bosses are paying attention. He was super friendly and attentive. We don’t live near the area to go there any time soon but we were super happy with our drinks so would frequent there if we lived closer (even my anti-Starbucks husband was a fan). To have an exceptional drink made in such a big chain is impressive. Thank you“
“This place is located inside the Park Meadows Mall next to the food court. Every time I come here on the weekends its always packed with a line that usually goes out in to the food court and wraps around the corner. But the line goes relatively quickly. There is no seating inside of the Starbucks itself but the massive food court area has seats nearby. They also sell sandwiches and other non coffee bakery items.“
“For a Friday morning rush, coffee drink came out quickly. The coffee cake on the other hand, took over 10 minutes. Completely understand they were busy with breakfast sandwiches but there needs to be a better system in place to get out pastry items faster. They were going in order of how it was ordered but maybe look a head at other tickets to see if that would help get them out of the trenches. Plus prices seem to be going up every time we order there. Getting too expensive.“

Service was very quick as usual for this location.Vegetarian options: Good menu veggie options for fast food or grab and go.Dietary restrictions: Some vegan and many vegetarian options standard on the menu.Parking: Couple to three dozen parking spots.Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid friendly menu items and your typical hike of the day at this location.Wheelchair accessibility: Big doors and plenty of space to maneuver inside.“
