“Went for a quick drive through pick me up. Jason was incredibly friendly at the speaker box, and at the window! He called me, “Miss Aly” and was incredibly warm. I got my exact right drink order, it was a 2 min wait, and I left the drive thru smiling. Thank you, Jason for making my day!“

“This Starbucks is not your normal Starbucks. Manager Amy, and her entire crew go out of their way to get to know their customers. This is a cozy, comfy coffee shop where the baristas learn your name and are super friendly. It’s so good - you’ll want to come everyday! There’s a huge amount of regulars who come frequently grab coffee here to get their day off to a great start.

I’ve been coming here for years as it’s such a unique coffee shop! I’d like to give special thanks to all of these folks who work here and brighten my day: Amy, Leslie, Dilly, Stina, Elle, Brad, Logan, Tia, Deb, Paley, Kaelyn, and any others I may have missed.

Come get your morning coffee here as you will experience the most unique Starbucks in the Denver area. There’s nothing like being treated like family, and drinking coffee with employees who love their job. I sure appreciate each and everyone of you. “This Starbucks was a true blessing to my family today. We had a funeral, and ordered the Travelers coffee and this team went above and beyond! The guy I talked to yesterday (I forgot his name! Fernando?) made sure to give the morning crew a heads up. The gal I talked to this morning to place the order was so accommodating with the scheduling of the pickup (I forgot her name too! Darn it!). Vincent made sure I had plenty of cups, cream, sugar, when I arrived. Then offered his condolences with such sympathy and kindness and asked another team member to help me carry them out! Angela helped me carry them out and was so sweet and offered her sincere condolences as well. I’ve never felt so valued as a customer on a very difficult day. Thank you to this entire team! WOW!“

“Standalone Starbucks with no drive through. The coffee and food menu is pretty much the same across the business. The cappuccino is very good.

The staff here was cheerful and fast. There was no significant wait for my order. The space is pleasant, but seating in the chairs was uncomfortable because the chair backs were so low. The bench seating was much better. They do have unsecured Wi-Fi available for customers.

There's plenty of parking in the vicinity of the store.“

“Staff that’s working here atm are the sweetest and so kind. Always smiling and remember what you like. Even when you bring a 2 year old that wants his “coffee” (coffee cup full of water with sliced strawberries) And they make it like they would a reg drink as he watches and smiles.

“There is an employee by the name starts with J that is the absolute sweetest and most helpful!
So huge shout out to her for all her help.
Staff here is always so sweet
I would like to ask for us to be able to keep the plastic on the lemon loaf though haha. Apparently new rules say they can’t but some like to eat them later and they dry out too fast so please bring that back :)
And please make note of what a great employee she is.

“Great Starbucks, great staff. Alonzo was expecially helpful and nice, he even helped me pick a drink amd made the best smoothie I've ever had. But management really needs to be more appreciative of staff, and hrie more employees, I came in at 1pm on a Saturday and there was only one worker for I'd said 10 customers.“

“Grabbed a latte before work and was greeted by the friendliest crew! Very impressed with the manager, Hunter, and the efficiency and friendliness he and his people have for their customers. Started my Monday out fantastically!

“Faith. The first time I met Faith was when I was not in a good headspace. I came off a Lil abrupt. She said: I know how frustrating that must be, in a calm voice. She is smart beyond her years. That is Veteran Customer Service. She has served me since & i make sure that im aware of my mood. She always smiles & genuinely cares about making sure I have a great experience & day.
Please make sure Faith is a Trainer. Veteran Customer Service cant be trained: she has it! And do something nice for her she's earned it❣️

“Friendly service. Coffee was good. Glad that they serve coconut milk for your coffee if you request it. The guy making my drink even joked with me about having to go squeeze some fresh coconut milk for my drink. I needed the laugh. :) Never disappointed with this location.“

“This Starbucks is absolutely amazing. I love the atmosphere the service. The employees that work here are absolutely amazing. I have to give a shout out to Ricky Bianca, Kyle, Lauren, and Anna. They are absolutely amazing. They are so kind so sweet and they have amazing personalities. They make it fun to actually go and get Starbucks. I will continue to go to the store over and over and over again just because of them!!!“

“I went to this starbucks this morning. I had to wait in line for over 15 minutes. This poor girl, Brianna, was there all by herself. She worked as quickly as possible, with a great attitude. My lavender oatmilk latte was delicious. You can tell this girl is quite the batista and should be commended for her skills and customer service!“

I dont agree with the negative reviews about the bathroom at this location. This is a rough location and I personally am glad there is a code for the restroom it keeps paying customers as well as the employees safe! Keep up the great work thank you for being on this side of town.“

“This is by far the best location the woman of Asian descent who works here is absolutely stunning and has such a warm welcoming presence. She always provides exceptional customer service making every visit a great experience.
On top of that she makes the best coffee I've ever had. She is so beautiful and charismatic that she should model or be in movies. Her personality truly set this location apart.“
