“I was having a terrible morning so I stopped at this Starbucks to get some work done. The employees asked me how I was doing I told them I was not doing well and they really went above and beyond in their kindness and service. My drink was made perfectly! Thanks to them I was able to reset my emotions and my day improved!“

“Friends of the internet, there is something weird going on at this is a Starbucks.

It looks like an ordinary Starbucks from the outside. They sell the exact same Starbucks things as any Starbucks. It is - I would imagine - everything Starbucks corporate wants in a store…clean, well stocked, etc etc.

But the PEOPLE! They are next level. My wife and I only come to Denver maybe twice a year. This staff remembers our names, where we are from, and why we are here even though they see us like 10 days a year.

We get our food and sit down and watch an absolute parade of regulars come through. All known by name, all getting the easy and comfortable interactions of old friends.

I honestly have no idea how they accomplish these feats of connection and customer service, but man it’s something to see. Highly recommend.“

“The staff at this Starbucks location are absolutely amazing! I honestly don't mind driving an extra 10 minutes out of my way before work because the service here is always worth it.

Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely professional. Every single time I've stopped in, I've been greeted with a smile and treated with exceptional customer service. It's rare to find a team that's this consistently kind and hardworking, and it really makes a difference in starting my day on a positive note.

“This little Starbucks is squeezed into the southeast corner of the building that otherwise houses Goudy's Deli. It has the great luxury for this neighborhood of a private parking lot, also shared with Goudy's. Getting here is a little tricky. If you're going west on Alameda you can turn right directly into the lot by the big Goudy's/Starbucks sign. Going north on Downing you turn right at the first driveway past Alameda, then turn right again at the rear of the building.

There are two sections of outdoor seating, facing Alameda and facing the parking lot. The interior has a long, narrow communial high-top plus some quiet, secluded seating along the hallway to the restroom.

I've been able to find parking in the small lot during my visits. This Starbucks is a bit further from me than other locations, but all of those have parking issues. This spot offers a nice, peaceful visit with no stress.

The store is clean and well-stocked. The staff is friendly and efficient. There are usually at least a few seats available. It's a nice, small Starbucks location.“

“My partner and I were in the hospital for the birth of our child over Thanksgiving, and I can’t express how grateful we were that this Starbucks location was open. Their holiday drinks were the perfect comfort during a long and emotional couple of days—warm, delicious, and made just right. It might seem small, but having that little moment of normalcy and joy meant so much to us. Thank you to the team for being there and brightening our holiday in such a meaningful way!“

“I’m not a fan of Starbucks corporate. That being said, I still come here because the baristas at this store (unionized!!) are consistently the nicest people ever! Today I got a kind message on my cup when I told the barista about a milestone in my life, and it set my day on the right foot.“

If you are being prosecuted in your home country then it is your right to be in another country taking refuge. You can actually get a lawyer for this. First couching is not okay they made me pay $4 for a drip coffee twice.“

“I visit Starbucks daily, this is my favorite one! I have been coming to this Starbucks for about 8 years now! I just love it! Shout out to all the baristas! You know you have a stellar barista, (Carolyn!!) one that goes above and beyond when they take a photo of your friends adorable dog and turn it into a sticker and put it on the customer’s coffee cup. “The staff members were friendly and I was able to get my food quickly. They were also really cool and didn’t charge me for an extra Americano when my card was bouncing and doing some weird stuff. I’ll definitely be back to the spot and recommend it to friends.“

“Very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I watched staff touch their phones and even their faces, then go right back to handling drink lids and placing them directly on customers’ cups without properly washing their hands. That alone was enough to make me uncomfortable.

On top of the sanitation concerns, the manager came across as rude and unwelcoming. The entire store lacked personality, enthusiasm, and basic customer service. It had a very cold, unfriendly feel.

I understand people have busy or difficult days, but proper food-handling and hand-washing procedures shouldn’t be optional. Between the hygiene concerns and the overall atmosphere, I would not return to this location.“

“I will start by saying that this is THE best Cafe Starbucks in all of Denver! I love every single one of the staff members. They always are greeting me with a smile, and know my name/coffee order every time I stop by. HUGE shout out to everyone who works at this Cafe especially Lisa and Darcie.“

“This location flawlessly executed an extremely large order with little to no notice. We served over 200 people coffee thanks to the amazing employees at this location. “Wow, the number of one star reviews for this Starbucks location is startling. My experience has been just the opposite. 40th and Colorado is not one of my usual haunts unless I'm going to or from the airport. Neko Ramen, one of my favorites, is next door, so between ramen cravings and airport runs I stop here pretty consistently.

I have always experienced good, friendly, and accurate service. I can’t comment on the drive-thru as I always go inside. There's a large parking lot for the handful of shops here, so it's quite convenient to stop.

Today's visit was typical. I was promptly greeted by a friendly, efficient employee. She dealt with a special request for baked goods without any issues. My drink was promptly prepared and my complex order was rung up properly.

The seating has been refreshed a bit and there's now a comfortable corner with two couches in addition to the tables. This is a nice location in a bit of a coffee shop desert and I always enjoy my visits.“

“This Starbucks on 17th Avenue is easily one of my favorite coffee shops anywhere. Located inside a stunning office building with a beautiful atrium, it has an atmosphere that’s welcoming, energetic, and unlike any typical Starbucks experience.

The team here is exceptional. Jack, Dom, Justin, and manager Brian consistently go above and beyond to make every visit memorable. Their positive energy is contagious, and the cowboy hats add a fun, unique touch that always puts a smile on my face.

The service is outstanding, and the quality is even better. Dom makes my vanilla chai absolutely perfect every single time—seriously, it’s the gold standard. “I had a fantastic experience at this Starbucks thanks to a young lady who truly went above and beyond. I was in a rush to catch a van and didn’t have time to spare, but she managed to provide change for my van tip and whip up my drink in under 90 seconds, seriously impressive! “I go to this Starbucks once a week or so. They're really on top of their drinks, especially when you order online. The staff are all very sweet, and are always willing to help. The drive thru does get backed up around 6 to 730 so please be kind. Ive come to this starbucks for years and I think I've only had 1 or 2 issues, max. There is room to sit inside, like most starbucks. Their restrooms are locked with keypads due to homelessness, I believe. But they keep them cleaned up pretty nicely.“

“There are Starbucks nearer to me than this location, however I go out of my way multiple times each week to come here. Starbucks is known for their consistency in drink preparation, so it truly comes down to the kindness and level of service that a few baristas at this location provide. You can tell with certain people that they’re decent, hardworking and morally correct just by accrued short exchanges. “This expansive Starbucks is in the southwest corner of the Tivoli Student Union complex on the Auraria Campus. It has a huge, multilevel outdoor patio plus lots of group and individual inside seating, nicely broken up into many different sections.

We stopped in on a quiet afternoon and were promptly greeted by friendly staffers who soon produced the latte and hot chocolate we ordered. The drinks were well-made and we enjoyed a quiet respite in this comfortable location.

The store was clean and well-stocked. My girlfriend, who attended school here over 30 years ago, was thrilled to find such a nice coffee shop on campus as there were no such amenities in her day. We resumed our walk refueled and refreshed.“

In total I believe you have 4 two tops each withTheir own 3Prong outlet and then an 8 top bar that is fitted with 16 usb and 8 3 prongs I believe. “I ended up at this Starbucks after trying to get into the parking lot at the big Starbucks at 6th and Lincoln, this store is 3 blocks from there. It had a ton or available parking and was nice, quiet, and chill. Friendly staff, standard Starbucks fare done right. I worked there and met some clients there, who like me, enjoyed the more sane pace at this store. The other store is still my go to but this location was perfect for me during this visit. Nice staff, friendly and efficient. Same shopette as Le Bakery Sensual and half a block from Moes and a few other restaurants too. Worked well for me this day.“

“I decided to walk in because the drive thru was packed and I had some gift cards I needed to use. Cashier was friendly and so were the staff working hard making drinks. However, as I was standing waiting for my drink I noticed a man with gray hair and glasses speaking to the girl who on bar holding an iPad on the opposite side of the handoff plane. He seemed irritated with her and I heard him say something like “ You can keep the attitude.” and was very short with her the rest of the time I was in there. I felt that was very inappropriate and the girl tried to stand up for herself but seemed stressed by his behavior . Even if he was the manager or something, you should treat your staff with more kindness and consideration as all spaces are customer facing. I worked at Starbucks all through college and that certainly isn’t how I would’ve treated any of my fellow partners especially in the lobby of the store. The third place should still exist for partners. My drink was delicious but please be kind to your workers they’re doing their best.“

“Quick service and awesome employees today.I went in this morning after breaking my French press to buy a new one and grab a latte since I'm there.My hand had a cut on it and when Alyssa,the barista, noticed it. She asked if I was okay. After explaining my situation that I was grabbing a French press, then getting a first aid kit, she insisted on giving me a bandaid and doctoring me up as well. Never have I experienced this level of servitude, not even a hospital. I couldn't be more grateful for Alyssa. She undoubtedly deserves some recognition for this level of service.Thank you Alyssa!!!“
