There was a homophobe blabbering on about “gay” drinks and instead of shutting him down or at the very least changing the subject they almost encouraged him with a thrilling conversation about not wanting to alert the troops. The guest spelled the word Gay so “no one would get upset and grab the pitchforks”. It all started because he was unsure what drink to order and feared certain ones would make him seem gay… this is not Starbucks culture.

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company is a busy standalone restaurant without a drive-through. The food, snacks, and drinks are the usual Starbucks things, and the pumpkin spice latte and pumpkin bread are super delicious. The latte and espresso-based drinks in general are good. The place is always clean and cozy, with comfortable seating and unsecured Wi-Fi available for guests. There is a small parking lot that may be more difficult later.
The service is fast and friendly, with the whole crew providing great service. The employees are always very nice, friendly, smiley, and personable, with outstanding customer service. One barista was the first EVER to bring a customer their coffee and their sandwich, and another employee went above and beyond with exceptional customer service. However, one employee has been rude on several occasions, rolling her eyes and pouting at a customer. Despite this, the rest of the staff is wonderful, and most customers love coming to this location, calling it their favorite.
