Starbucks in Lakewood

“This is and has been my Starbucks for the last 15+ years. The staff is amazing beyond words. Aaron (this is not how he spells it), Mars, Nicole maybe (so sweet with red hair best smile), and Sean to name a few. They really know what it is to value a customer. They make me smile on my worst days, and by simply adding a message to my cup Aaron made one of the worst weeks of my life better in an instant! They are always ready to help and you are greeted with love and a smile. Keep up the great work, I appreciate you all so much ❤️“

“This beautiful, relatively new, large Starbucks is one of their nicer locations in the Denver area. Everything was neat as a pin. There are a variety of seating and work areas plus a very nice outdoor patio, a huge parking lot, and not one, but two drive-thru lanes.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our drinks were prepared perfectly and a staffer even brought the nice china cups to our seating area.

We stopped in the late afternoon when things were quiet and peaceful. I assume business is brisk in the morning.“

“One star short of 5, because when they built this Starbucks they could have capitalized on the locations views of the lake and foothills. But instead they decided that an outdoor patio with views of Wadsworth & Florida were a better option. 🙄 an upper deck would have accomplished this. Kuddos to Old Chicago on Union Blvd for adding an elevated deck in their design.“

“This was a good visit to this location and the staff and customers were very friendly. The drive thru was packed but the service was swift. I also got the leftover drink that was in the blender and that’s never happened before. ??

“The customer service in the past has never been anything special but today I went in and had a really great experience with the baristas. I believe I went in at around 11am or 12. They were cracking jokes with me and were really friendly. I tried a new drink but didn’t like it so they recommended the butterfly boba drink with coconut milk. I appreciated the service and friendliness.“

“I come to this starbucks every time I shop and they are always so sweet and helpful. I was a clutz today and spilled my pumpkin chai all over the floor. They did not hesitate and made me another drink and insisted that I didn't need to clean up. They were so sweet and I can't thank them enough for being so kind and helpful!!!“

“Long time Starbucks goer and to this Starbucks specifically. Upon opening the door Silvia was wonderful her smile was so bright! I stayed to work and drink my coffee and seeing her tend to everyone’s coffee needs w a smile just contributes to the comfort in the atmosphere of remote work and choosing to work here.
