“I went through the drive through at 4:50a.m. On August 21,2026 and the lady who made my drink gave it to me with the lid half off. So as I pulled away half of the drink spilt all over myself and my car so I drove back through the drive-through to ask for napkins and she literally gave me TWO napkins to clean up half of a VENTI iced white chocolate mocha….and on top of it she had attitude like it was my fault that I spilled…. not cool. They almost lost a loyal customer!!!! However, I later called the Starbucks to speak with a manager about my experience, his name was Adrian and he definitely cleaned up his employees mistake. He was very apologetic and very, very polite. He made sure that I got a full refund and also gave me a free drink. I will be going back to the Starbucks as it’s right across the street from my work and it’s one of the only Starbucks I know that’s open that early if it wasn’t for Adrian, you best believe that that Starbucks would have lost my business!!!!!! So thank you to a great manager!!!“

“This Starbucks location has wonderful staff, drinks, food, and views! It's on the smaller side, but the space is clean and easy to work in while enjoying your coffee. You can even take a quick walk around the reservoir! Shout out to the awesome team that keeps everything running smoothly when I visit!“
“This beautiful, relatively new, large Starbucks is one of their nicer locations in the Denver area. Everything was neat as a pin. There are a variety of seating and work areas plus a very nice outdoor patio, a huge parking lot, and not one, but two drive-thru lanes.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our drinks were prepared perfectly and a staffer even brought the nice china cups to our seating area.
We stopped in the late afternoon when things were quiet and peaceful. I assume business is brisk in the morning.“
“This is the best Starbucks ever! The atmosphere is calm, music is well rounded, and the staff are welcoming and professional! I have been here several times over the years and though it gets very busy at times the staff stay smiling through it all.. Cami, Ben, Will, David, Jaylen, Sophia, just to name a few and everyone are super friendly and will help you with deciding on a drink if you cant make up your mind and are always willing to help out where needed! The store is always clean and welcoming. They all deserve a raise for helping make the customers experience amazing! ⭐🥇“

“The customer service in the past has never been anything special but today I went in and had a really great experience with the baristas. I believe I went in at around 11am or 12. They were cracking jokes with me and were really friendly. I tried a new drink but didn’t like it so they recommended the butterfly boba drink with coconut milk. I appreciated the service and friendliness.“

“Paul and the entire crew always treat me like family, and they greet me “hiiii Sundance!” Everyday when I come in. This is the only place I have felt like I’m at home, away from my home in North Carolina. 10/10 would recommend! Also try the blonde espresso with long shots, or try what I call a dirty earl! Espresso and earl grey 💜💜💜“

“I come to this starbucks every time I shop and they are always so sweet and helpful. I was a clutz today and spilled my pumpkin chai all over the floor. They did not hesitate and made me another drink and insisted that I didn't need to clean up. They were so sweet and I can't thank them enough for being so kind and helpful!!!“

“Wow! This drink was absolutely amazing. Everything that could be perfect was. The service was exceptional and the drinks blew my socks off! 🤯 I just want to let the company know that the baristas on September 26th at approximately 8:10-8:15am NEED a pay raise for their service and dedication to the craft. “This is and has been my Starbucks for the last 15+ years. The staff is amazing beyond words. Aaron (this is not how he spells it), Mars, Nicole maybe (so sweet with red hair best smile), and Sean to name a few. They really know what it is to value a customer. They make me smile on my worst days, and by simply adding a message to my cup Aaron made one of the worst weeks of my life better in an instant! They are always ready to help and you are greeted with love and a smile. Keep up the great work, I appreciate you all so much ❤️“
