Today, I gracefully managed to spill my entire iced latte all over my car, and without hesitation the barista immediately made me a new one with a smile. It may seem like a small gesture, but acts of kindness like that truly make a difference.

Mornings can be hectic and stressful for me, so having such warm, caring people to start my day with means more than they probably realize. Their customer service is unmatched, and the positive energy they bring every day keeps me coming back. “Emma went above and beyond. I preordered my drinks at 120th and I-25 accidentally, rather than 136th and I-25. When I was told that my order was not at this location, I was bummed because I was on my way to work and didn’t have enough time to drive to the other location. Emma was so kind, offering to make my drinks there as I was rushing off to work. She really turned my morning around with her kindness, willingness and overall attitude. “Paige is so gracious and kind! The online hours say this location closes at 8pm, but it actually closes at 7. My husband and I arrived at 6:58 only to realize they would be closing in 2 minutes. “This location it's always busy and I'd say they are highly efficient. My drinks are made right and usually ready for pickup in the promised time. The employees though seemed in a bad mood and I don't blame them, we don't interact and do appreciate them trying. The parking gets nuts.“

“Stopped by for a drink wanting something new. I ordered an iced caramel ribbon crunch drink thinking it’d be a latte and it wasn’t. At the window I expressed my confusion on the drink and The guy who was there was so kind and patient he explained that what I wanted unfortunately wasn’t worded right because I lacked the term latte he then remade my drink and brought it out to me right away. I didn’t get his name but the service is always great and today was excellent. He even wrote down for me how to order in the future!“

“I ordered four drinks at this location and I can say it was made with consistency. Staff was friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend it. The Starbucks is located inside Target and I highly recommend it.
