“I love most of the people here but Mella needs to go. She refuses to wear a name tag. Im on the spectrum and have a hard time with names. This time last year i was having a hard time remembering her name. So i asked her. I thought that it would be ok. Mella apparently thought i was hitting on her. She kept mentioning her husband every chance possible. Next she came in with a huge hickey on her neck as if to show me. Like i care. Then her husband was making appearances at starbucks. Never seen him before or after that. That was so weird and creepy. I was in a relationship of my own at the time. My girl and i would joke and call her hickey girl. Since then mella gives me dirty looks when i come through the door, fills my tea to the tippy top so that theres no room for honey or creamer. Today she threw my money back at me and told me to be quiet. I replied really mella, your gonna tell me to be quiet? She said well your mumbling. I replied then dont you mean speak up? Im sick of the disrespect from her. Im a customer, not one of her friends. Ive been coming to this store for about 15 years. It starts when i walk through the door with the death glare from mella. Other employees have taken her lead in doing things to make me feel uncomfortable. I started going to another starbucks to start the day off on a better note but this one is right across the street. It shouldnt be this weird. If i did something to deserve this by all means please make me aware of it.“

“Paige is so gracious and kind! The online hours say this location closes at 8pm, but it actually closes at 7. My husband and I arrived at 6:58 only to realize they would be closing in 2 minutes. We were about to leave, but Paige was so sweet and encouraged us to still order. She really went the extra mile!“

“My new favorite Starbucks location! I moved from Edgewater to Westminster and for a while there wasn't a close Starbucks to me until I found this location! Not only is the interior large and accommodating, but cozy and there is always a spot to work or grab coffee with a friend. The baristas are also superb. They remember your order if you frequent the location enough, and even ask your name when you go through the drive thru, which is a great personalized feature. My drinks are always right, and I never have a long wait. Five stars in my book!“

“Great Staff on our visit this day! Just DON'T try the Apple Crisp Coffee. My partner described it tasting like perfume, super artificial... yuck ? We got it replaced with a different kind the next day as the staff (afterwards) was quite aware of how gross it is. 《Wishing they had told my partner upfront. Grateful they honored it's fix》Gave Higher rating as it's not a bad spot, just an aweful cup ordered.“
“I went through the drive through and had a lot of questions as I was wanting to branch out and try something new. Gabby was extremely helpful and patient, i really appreciated her taking the time on a Friday morning. When I got to the window a man named John was there and he was beyond sweet. He took the time to go over the differences in some of the cold brews and drinks. Starbucks is so busy, I feel it’s hard to find this kind of service. “I had a free coffee from my stars and my dog happened to knock it all over my car. I went back to purchase another one And I went through the drive through and she gave me it free since my dog knocked it over. I was very thankful and was bummed but she made my day better. Thank you. 9am 2/24/24“
