“Emma went above and beyond. I preordered my drinks at 120th and I-25 accidentally, rather than 136th and I-25. When I was told that my order was not at this location, I was bummed because I was on my way to work and didn’t have enough time to drive to the other location. Emma was so kind, offering to make my drinks there as I was rushing off to work. She really turned my morning around with her kindness, willingness and overall attitude. “Love the workers, the location, the food, the customer service. Everything is wonderful!! But my chief complaint is why was the recipe for the chai changed? I was an avid purchaser of the iced chai exclusively but I absolutely hate, hate this new version of chai. I hope this comment gets routed to the higher ups. Please go back to the old chai recipe. I know I'm not in the minority of people who dislike this change. Thx!!“

“Paige is so gracious and kind! The online hours say this location closes at 8pm, but it actually closes at 7. My husband and I arrived at 6:58 only to realize they would be closing in 2 minutes. We were about to leave, but Paige was so sweet and encouraged us to still order. She really went the extra mile!“

“I can’t say enough great things about Ezra! She is hands down the kindest, most positive person, and she truly makes every visit special. She’s always at the window, and it honestly feels like she works every shift because I see her there so often, always bringing the same incredible energy.

Her attention to detail and customer service are unmatched! not just for me, but for everyone I see her interact with. This level of care isn’t always the norm at other Starbucks locations, which is why I go out of my way to come to this one. “Stopped by for a drink wanting something new. I ordered an iced caramel ribbon crunch drink thinking it’d be a latte and it wasn’t. At the window I expressed my confusion on the drink and The guy who was there was so kind and patient he explained that what I wanted unfortunately wasn’t worded right because I lacked the term latte he then remade my drink and brought it out to me right away. I didn’t get his name but the service is always great and today was excellent. He even wrote down for me how to order in the future!“

“I ordered four drinks at this location and I can say it was made with consistency. Staff was friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend it. The Starbucks is located inside Target and I highly recommend it.
