They were super slammed this morning but consistently pleasant and awesome. I want to especially give props to Nicole and Amanda who helped me. From my observation, they handled several situations with a lot of grace. I felt like they both went very much above and beyond to be awesome. We go to this Starbucks every Sunday and always get really good/friendly service, but today was just a very positive experience.
This is my neighborhood Starbucks. The staff is awesome and so welcoming. It's a great place to meet friends and gather for a coffee or frap.
Best Starbucks anywhere!!!! Every single time I walk through the door, they greet me by name and make me feel genuinely welcome.
Today, I gracefully managed to spill my entire iced latte all over my car, and without hesitation the barista immediately made me a new one with a smile. It may seem like a small gesture, but acts of kindness like that truly make a difference.
