“Recently I’ve had some health disorders where I can’t have whole milk or high caffeine. I’ve been ordering Frappuccinos for years so naturally I was worried I’d have to stop but I found out I can order them with decaf espresso and nonfat. They still taste amazing and I can enjoy them without worry of pain or sickness. Thank you Starbucks and staff for all you do! Keep it up!“

“They were super slammed this morning but consistently pleasant and awesome. I want to especially give props to Nicole and Amanda who helped me. From my observation, they handled several situations with a lot of grace. I felt like they both went very much above and beyond to be awesome. We go to this Starbucks every Sunday and always get really good/friendly service, but today was just a very positive experience.“

I normally don’t write complaints in my reviews, however today I was disappointed in the service and how rude one of the workers was, and how long it took to get our drinks today (like 20 min). She was the one wearing glasses (the other worker was great) and when we inquired about the bubble waffles (we were ordering well before 8:30 which the sign by the register said you can order by 8:30) she was incredibly rude about it and said they couldn’t make it even though they were actively making one right then and there. I totally understand if that’s the policy or if you’re out of the product but she was very mean about it and arguing about it with me when I simply just asked why they couldn’t serve it when it was well before 8:30 and if they weren’t out of stock. Please don’t advertise that you will sell an item before a certain time if you can’t commit to that or just don’t want to make it. I was really disappointed by what felt like false advertising.“

“My daughter just got door dash from this Starbucks. She’s at her first dance convention, she’s nervous, she ordered some food before dancing today and her cup said “You’re Brave” whoever did this…. “Paige is so gracious and kind! The online hours say this location closes at 8pm, but it actually closes at 7. My husband and I arrived at 6:58 only to realize they would be closing in 2 minutes. We were about to leave, but Paige was so sweet and encouraged us to still order. She really went the extra mile!“
