Stopped by for a drink wanting something new. I ordered an iced caramel ribbon crunch drink thinking it’d be a latte and it wasn’t. At the window I expressed my confusion on the drink and The guy who was there was so kind and patient he explained that what I wanted unfortunately wasn’t worded right because I lacked the term latte he then remade my drink and brought it out to me right away. Starbucks Coffee Company is a very nice and big establishment with a clean, comfortable environment and good air conditioning. The service is fast and the staff are consistently friendly, giving outstanding customer service. Employees are kind, patient, and efficient, often going above and beyond. They are understanding of special requests, such as substituting shots of espresso for the Frap-roast in a Mocha Frappuccino or using oat milk for dietary restrictions. The drinks are always good, on point, and taste delicious. While consistency can vary across chains, this particular location outshines others. The drive-through service is excellent, with staff being helpful and never giving attitude, even when providing a water. The overall experience is often excellent, encouraging customers to return. There is plenty of parking available.
