Starbucks in Thornton

“After considering myself a bit of a Starbucks connoisseur over the past several years, and especially having a boyfriend who works at Starbucks, I just want to highlight this store as one of the best I've been to. The staff is warm and friendly, and also works hard to make drinks correctly and efficiently. This store is one of the top rated stores in the area, and for good reason!

The manager is especially wonderful, and he clearly cares about customers and employees deeply. Most of the time, employees have a smile on their faces, regardless of how busy it is. Because this store is very conveniently located off of the highway, it can definitely get busy, so ordering ahead is a great idea if you're in a rush. There is ample parking, a busy but efficient drive thru, and great selection of food and drink.

Ultimately, I would highly recommend this store if you're looking for a new Starbucks to call your regular store!“

“I’ll admit this but don’t judge, I go to Starbucks multiple times a week and have been all over the country and this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks drive though. Here’s why: Ben. Ben asked me if I had tried a specific item that I had not. That threw me off. Never has another Starbucks rep asked me that. He laughed, he was happy and it made me happy. Thank you Starbucks team for making my work trip to Colorado so much more colorful!“

“So my girl and I were on the way back home to ok from Colorado. We’ve been here for some treatments for her COPD! We stopped here for what would be our 3rd and probably last Starbucks of the day bc there are not many between Denver and Amarillo.After almost running over the very nice manager as he crossed the parking lot, Ang (who has control always of her wallet) didn’t realize she didn’t have her wallet in her hand til 30 mins down the road. This was the one time we dint use a debit card or the app so I was calling every Starbucks in between til I found the right one and the Barista who found the wallet and put it away saved us bc that was every bit of money we had to get home on! Thank you all for being honest and making the most AMAZING MATCHA!❤️❤️“

“I have been a happy customer here for years. Recently, my Shaken brown sugar espresso must have got mixed up with another order. It was a disappointment since I was in a hurry and couldn't go back to fix it.
I mentioned it to Makayla, the store manager, and ahe didn't hesitate to make it right. Excellent as usual.
Not all Starbucks are the same.
I will continue coming back again and again.“

“The crew at this location was awesome and I was in and out through rush hour. I usually order a grande caramel macchiato at other locations “off university and dry creek inside king-supers or county line target” and it seems like I always ask for extra extra milk less shots 😒. But not for this location the girl with glasses and tattoos gave me great customer service and a great laugh, definitely made me want to keep coming back! Please don’t hesitate to come to this Starbucks! Seems like the crew knows how to COMMUNICATE!!!“

“The Dragon Fruit Açaí is always a hit—been getting it for years and it never disappoints. Finally tried the Pink Drink, and it’s just not for me. Glad I gave it a shot, but I’ll definitely be sticking with my usual! “Not too sure why Ragu left a poor review. I was there when the situation happened and the baristas asked him multiple times if he wanted his drink remade after he voiced his concerns about the quality. For some reason he denied the baristas attempts and said it was okay, but then sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes writing his review. I overheard the baristas worried he was leaving a bad review despite feeling like they did all they could to fix his complaints. I thought they did a good job and have never had any problems with this store.“

“I took my senior parents in for their covid vaccine at the pharmacy today. (771 Thornton Pkwy location) The pharmacy was efficient with essentially no waiting. The pharmacist, Susan, was so kind, compassionate, and empathetic. My mom has many allergies. She had my parents wait 30 min after vaccination and checked on them several times. The pandemic has taken a toll on our isolated seniors, who are a vulnerable population so her kindness and attentiveness was greatly appreciated. My parents and are grateful they received the vaccine and that this was a positive experience. Thank you, Susan!! 🙏🏽“

“BEST STARBUCKS! I've been reading how slow this place is and it makes sense, if you did happen to go through the drive thru..... It would make a huge mess, not to mention block the entire entrance to King Soopers! Seriously though, it seems like this location gets all the bad reviews from across the street. They are always fast and friendly. P.S. this one is INSIDE King Soopers....“

“Everyone here was so super friendly. The store was clean. I love that they had a little coloring book station for kids. My kid is 25 years old and he may or may not use that. Haha. I would totally use it. Our drinks are always correct. There's a nice selection of food. Thank you so “

“Had a young gentleman make me a chai latte (delicious, nailed it) and my daughter a kids hot cocoa. He asked her name to put on the cup and 10 min later she can't stop talking about how tickled she is to have her name on the cup. Awesome job making someone's day ?“
