“So my girl and I were on the way back home to ok from Colorado. We’ve been here for some treatments for her COPD! We stopped here for what would be our 3rd and probably last Starbucks of the day bc there are not many between Denver and Amarillo.After almost running over the very nice manager as he crossed the parking lot, Ang (who has control always of her wallet) didn’t realize she didn’t have her wallet in her hand til 30 mins down the road. This was the one time we dint use a debit card or the app so I was calling every Starbucks in between til I found the right one and the Barista who found the wallet and put it away saved us bc that was every bit of money we had to get home on! “I have been a happy customer here for years. Recently, my Shaken brown sugar espresso must have got mixed up with another order. It was a disappointment since I was in a hurry and couldn't go back to fix it.
I mentioned it to Makayla, the store manager, and ahe didn't hesitate to make it right. Excellent as usual.

“Not too sure why Ragu left a poor review. I was there when the situation happened and the baristas asked him multiple times if he wanted his drink remade after he voiced his concerns about the quality. For some reason he denied the baristas attempts and said it was okay, but then sat in the parking lot for 10 minutes writing his review. I overheard the baristas worried he was leaving a bad review despite feeling like they did all they could to fix his complaints. I thought they did a good job and have never had any problems with this store.“

“I took my senior parents in for their covid vaccine at the pharmacy today. (771 Thornton Pkwy location) The pharmacy was efficient with essentially no waiting. The pharmacist, Susan, was so kind, compassionate, and empathetic. My mom has many allergies. She had my parents wait 30 min after vaccination and checked on them several times. The pandemic has taken a toll on our isolated seniors, who are a vulnerable population so her kindness and attentiveness was greatly appreciated. My parents and are grateful they received the vaccine and that this was a positive experience. Thank you, Susan!! 🙏🏽“

It would make a huge mess, not to mention block the entire entrance to King Soopers! Seriously though, it seems like this location gets all the bad reviews from across the street.
