I was looking forward to grabbing my usual drink, but this visit was pretty disappointing. The wait time was excessively long, and even when I finally got my order, it wasn't prepared correctly. The atmosphere was also very loud and cluttered, making it difficult to find a quiet place to sit and relax for a few minutes. It definitely didn't live up to the standard I usually expect.
I had a very good experience overall. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness and felt genuinely welcomed by the staff, which made a big difference. The service was smooth and professional, and everything felt well put together.
